H10 Art Gallery

My wife and I visited Barcelona for the first time in January for my wife's birthday and stayed at H10 Art Gallery. 

 

From the moment I emailed them in advance to say it was my wife's birthday and our first time in Barcelona, the staff were nothing short of amazing.

 

Clara on reception was especially brilliant, replying with details of how to get to the hotel, the best modes of transport and likely costs, she also confirmed they would try to make it a special visit. 

 

When we arrived, getting to the hotel was easy, the hotel is very central and beautifully decorated. With welcome drinks served at reception, we had Cava. 

 

We were greeted by Nicholas who was equally brilliant. He confirmed a room upgrade and gave us a Cava top up to take to the room. The room had a coffee machine and water as well as a fridge and we sat on the balcony overlooking the courtyard.

 

For the rest of the stay, Clara, Nicholas along with ALL the other staff from the bar, breakfast and reception were all incredibly helpful and also wished my wife happy birthday. 

 

On her actual birthday she got cake with a candle and more cava at breakfast, we also got treats and cava in our room in the evening, even the receipt with room service said happy birthday on. 

 

All of the staff made such an effort, and my wife had the best birthday. 

 

It was our first time in a H10 as we usually stay on Hilton hotels but I have to say the service was as good if not better. The hotel had everything you could want, including free rental of umbrellas for rainy days. 

The food was beautiful, the staff were amazing and the hotel was lovely. We will definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. We were greeted warmly on our arrival in the afternoon by the reception staff, Karla. Oriol was on reception in the mornings, and assisted us with our queries.
Breakfast was very good. You have the choice of the normal continental, a cooked or a combination of both breakfasts. The cooked breakfast has a menu which is table service, and the wait is not long. Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were excellent. There was sufficient variety, with excellent service from the staff. Esher, Josep Maria & Milena were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was adequate for two people, with reasonable floor space and very clean. This is where they paid attention to detail, as alongside the usual bits like coffee machine, in the bathroom there was a complimentary toiletry bag with things like shaving cream, 1 toothbrush, toothpaste, a small comb & a shower cap. There was also Rituals shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash/cream.
There was a small vase with dried flowers on the side of the sink, and a box of tissues in a nice holder on the shelf. There were ample towels in the bathroom, alongside two pairs of slippers. The towels were changed daily. The shower cubicle is a reasonable size.
On the bedside table, there was a notepad with a pen, which came in very useful. In the wardrobe there was a medium sized umbrella. The room was cleaned daily.
The location is good, with a taxi rank almost outside the front door! In the afternoon/evenings, there is a ‘snack’ menu, which has a reasonable choice of foods to go with your drinks. Eduardo was super friendly & helpful. Crispy prawns with mayonnaise were good.
I was in Barcelona for a special occasion. I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at this hotel, which was made even more special by the kindness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff we interacted with, mentioned above. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

In a great location for exploring all the key sites.
We had a noisy room at the front of the hotel which was handled well by the staff and we were moved to a quiet room.
Lack of wardrobe space was an issue, and breakfast fell short. Staff very pleasant though. Bed comfy and spacious bathroom

Great location and amenities. The room was a bit small, but had everything we needed. We were on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear too much noise from the street. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything about our stay in H10 Art Gallery was first class..starting with a welcome drink in the lobby bar .Friendly efficient staff;comfortable ,clean,suroundings in a relaxed environment.
Bedroom and bathroom are modern ,clean and well finished.
Excellent breakfast and excellent location only mins walk to metro and connection to Playa Catalunya and rest of Barcelona city.
Highly recommend and will definitely rebook for any future visits to Barcelona

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk away from Placa Catalunya. There are plenty of bars and good restaurants within a few streets. Our balcony on Level 6 overlooked the courtyard but compared with our H10 room in Tarragona for the same price the room was quite small. Our refrigerator did not work and they could not fix it. Staff were very nice and they will sell you tickets for the Hop-on/off bus which is a great way to see the city and surrounding areas. We would recommend this hotel.

Just had a very pleasant stay at the H10 Art Gallery hotel in Barcelona, so happy I discovered it! I often travel to Barna (NOT Barça, that's the football team!) for single-night stays for medical reasons or early morning travel. The reception staff was extremely helpful when I checked in, and the welcome Bellini was a great start to a wonderful stay! 💛 The lobby is full of artworks, the floors and a calm pleasant dark grey which my sensitive eyes enjoyed! Room was comfy, not huge but well-designed and fresh-feeling with a lovely bathroom. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed with wonderful pillows, had a great shower and breakfast, and was sad to be on my way!
The location is perfect, close to public transportation and in the Eixample district with lots of eateries and shops, and both Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia nearby. I'll be back! 😊

H10 Art Gallery Barcelona
Perfectly locate on Carre. Enric Granados , this is a very modern and functional hotel . Smallish rooms but very functional and practical. The deluxe triple had a small patio with table and chairs that opened onto a large terrace . Modern art is the main feature of the hotel ( hence the name ) and is everywhere , it’s more like a luxe and cosy art gallery. Surrounded by lots of small cafes and tapas bars, easy walk to the shopping strip , La Rambas and Gothic makes this hotel an ideal choice . It’s; efficient , it’s easy , ist can and central and has a very chilled and fun vibe. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again .

Staff was very friendly and helpful

I love the look of the rooms and the lobby. It is in a wonderful area close to my favourite tapas places :)

What really stood out for me is the staff goes the extra mile and makes it that much enjoyable! - Clara at the front desk was so helpful. If you go to the bar/patio - I hope Sandra is working that night - she made all the difference. I wish I remembered the name of the manager when I checked in the morning of the Sept 3rd - but he was instrumental in a smooth check in process.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel - it is absolutely my go to hotel when in Barcelona

Good stay overall def staying there again

This hotel was such a wonderful choice for our trip. Its location in Barcelona is top notch, the hotel itself was perfectly comfortable and beautifully designed and the amenities such as the pool and gym made our stay feel even more convenient. Only thing I could possibly complain about is that in the morning the plumbing tended to have a weird smell for some reason but honestly this wasn’t a huge deal, just really the only thing that wasn’t perfect. The staff made us feel very welcome and interactions with the them was overall very pleasant. We look forward to coming back to Barcelona soon and without a doubt we will be booking here again.

The staff at check in was extremely wonderful. Very courtesy and kind. They were helpful in finding locations and gave interest in what we were doing. We would definitely stay at H10 again!

Great hotel in a cool neighbourhood with lots of cool places to eat and hang near by. Staff are great and super friendly and really helpful shout out to the lady at the bar.

We stayed in a superior room nice size and well appointed and a nice private balcony too. Lots of nice small touches. And a rarity sadly these days but the streaming from my phone to tv worked perfectly

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Barcelona, the hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so lovely. The roof top pool was lovely and the room & all amenities were 10/10. Very comfortable bed with plush pillows, a gorgeous bathroom with lovely Rituals products. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to all.

Great city break hotel. Room was smaller than expected but more than manageable for two people. All staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room was cleaned and fresh towels and water provided daily. Pool was a great added extra given the heat and humidity while we were there. Would definitely stay again

This hotel was conveniently located and close to a pharmacy and many restaurants. Our room was nice and clean with plenty of towels. The a/c was a little bit tricky to work but we got it done in the end. The bar was great with a fantastic female bartender that kept us entertained. Keep an eye on your bill as she twice gave us the wrong ones. The rooftop pool was disappointing. Very small, and too warm.

Booking this hotel was a bit of a guess location-wise but I was delighted with our choice. Calm, modern, bright, quirky, quiet - our room with terrace onto the back of the hotel was amazing! Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Numerous bars, restaurants, cafes on the doorstep - so much choice for cool places to eat only steps away. Next time we come to Barcelona, I will book this hotel for sure. Biggest regret was that we were only there 1 night.

We had a five night stay here while conducting work and leisure. Excellent location near two subway stations. We wanted a location away from the main tourist areas, but close enough to visit by metro. There is food and dining in every direction you walk from the hotel. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, A/C was necessary and we were so happy to have it. The small refrigerator was good to have for storing some of our own drinks. The shower was awesome. Best room of our 13-day European trip. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped us a few times.
