good stay at a hidden enclave
Pros:

searching for a light touch place downtown it came up. it’s a little enclave in the messy downtown scene that ensues after a major snow storm.

Cons:

a leaky faucet really threw us for a loop even with support staff attempting to fix it multiple times throughout a lengthy stay. Informed Staff are actually attentive in taking on demands for fixing the issue.

L' emplacement
Nous avons été reçu par un homme de 50 ans très sympa.
Il nous a demandé d attendre 1 heure pour recevoir la première chambre et encore une heure pour la deuxième chambre. Nous avons accepté sans problème.

Cons:

Nous avons quitté le lundi matin, mon plus jeune fils, a vomi toute la nuit, 16 fois, il était très mal.
J' ai commencé à remplir la voiture de nos bagages vers 10:30. À 11:00 la première chambre était vide,
À 11:30 , une famille avec 2 enfants réglait leur facture sans aucun commentaire. Là la personne à l' accueil me demande si les chambres sont vides. Je lui dis que la première, est libre et la deuxième mon fils et sa maman sont à l' intérieur.
Il me demande de monter avec lui pour vérifier les chambres.
Je lui dis d accord. En montant, il me dit qu'il y aura des frais à payer.
Je lui dis non, il est 11:35, mon fils est très mal, il le voit très bien, la seule chose qu il répond, c' est, j' en ai rien à foutre, il parle le français.
Là, il me dit, si je ne règle pas, il appelle la police, je lui réponds, appelle la police, j' attends avec plaisir.
Là, il appelle son gérant, qui lui, comprend la situation, et lui dit que l on peut quitter sans problème.
Je n' ai jamais vu quelqu un d' aussi désagréable.
Avec si peu de savoir vivre. C' est la première fois en 55 ans, qu' on me menaçait d' appeller la police.
J' avais l' impression d être un bandit.
C' est la première fois que je mets un commentaire négatif sur un hôtel, jamais je n' aurai pensé pouvoir me sentir aussi mal.
Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.
Mon fils était si mal, et avoir ce jugement aussi négatif de cette personne était inadmissible.
Je ne vous dis pas merci.
C' est honteux.

Great location!
Pros:

The view was wonderful! The location was excellent. It is right in front of the Manhattan Bridge, so great views. The staff were super friendly. It was freezing while we were in NYC, and the staff placed a space heater in our room, so the room was extra toasty when we arrived. 10 out of 10!!!!

Quiet, clean, very comfy
Pros:

Super quiet and we stayed there for 6 nights and 7 mornings. Super quiet. Clean and comfortable. Amazing views of the Manhattan bridge and easily close to so many delicious food/sweet treat spots. Bed was more than comfortable. It has everything we needed and staff was super nice.

Cons:

You have to bring your own water or you’ll be thirsty because they give complimentary drinks but after that…it’s up to you. We didn’t mind it because we were out everyday OR ordered in so we were able to easily get/buy some water.

Pros:

Très propre avec une super vue sur le pont de Manhattan et sur l’empire.
Bien placé par rapport aux stations de métro aux alentours.

Cons:

Nous avions 2 lits de 120cm un peu petit pour 4 adultes

Pros:

Hotel is nice and clean and staff were ll friendly and helpful.
Hotel is near the station and also one ride to jfk airport.

Cons:

There is no bidet in the toilet
