Great gem of a hotel in central NYC
Pros:

Excellent location. Quiet and clean and comfortable. The manager is very professional

Cons:

I didn’t like the young man at the front desk, he was rude and argumentative when I asked about a shift and dress I had left behind. Luckily the manager Hafeez stepped in and sorted it all out - he was wonderful.

Great, small hotel, great staff and service and of course, location location location
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Was very clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance from Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho and Manhattan Bridge.

Cons:

The only thing that we had an issue was the coffee maker. It didn’t work properly and then we ask if they can replace it, which I’m assuming they did but it still wasn’t working. But that was a small thing.

Good hotel, good location
Pros:

We had a very convenient room, relatively large (in NYC standards ) with awesome view. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Location is good - lots of dining options around. Subway was a bit further away, but walkable.

Wonderful & most pleasant experience! After a long day of site seeing looked forward to returning to our hotel!!!
Pros:

Welcoming & attentive staff, comfortable room (loved shower) and view from room terrific! Easy access to major “need to visit” sites!

Cons:

Annoyed with tv response to remote; had to stand in front of tv to change channels. Coffee maker not easy to figure out!

Pros:

Good value for money. Good and interesting location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good room size.

Cons:

Shower could have been a bit better. It was usable but the shower control was loose on the wall.

Pleasant stay in Manhattan
Pros:

The room was comfortable, albeit a bit small. The bathroom was well equipped. There was a working desk, although it was a bit small. The staff were friendly and welcomed me when I arrived late from the airport.

Basic room suited the purpose - when NYC is so $$$
Pros:

Functioning for most things.

Cons:

One night the aircon went off for no reason in the middle of the night. Tried resetting it. Needed maintenance to fix in the morning. When the room was 25degC (77degF) just couldn’t sleep.
