Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Am Rand von China town zur Manhattan Bridge war es nicht sehr sauber. Was sich aber im allgemeinen in New York geändert hat. New York haben grundsätzlich etwas schmuddeliger wahrgenommen, als die Jahre zuvor.

Pros:

La chambre est correcte, propre, assez grande pour 5 personnes. Les 2 salles de bain apportent un confort supplémentaire.

Cons:

Le quartier Chinatown est une catastrophe, beaucoup de mauvaises odeurs. Tous les matins, nous avions le droit aux poubelles nauséabondes dans les rues.

Ligging is prachtig en praktisch, vlakbij metro, brooklyn en Manhattan bridge.

Cons:

Ik vond het personeel weinig geïnteresseerd en ze probeerden nog wat geld te verdienen aan ons toen we een half uurtje later wilden uitchecken. Maar er kon alleen contant betaald worden en we kregen een ‘speciale prijs’’. Ja, dan snap ik hoe laat het is…

Great, small hotel, great staff and service and of course, location location location
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Was very clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance from Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho and Manhattan Bridge.

Cons:

The only thing that we had an issue was the coffee maker. It didn’t work properly and then we ask if they can replace it, which I’m assuming they did but it still wasn’t working. But that was a small thing.

Great gem of a hotel in central NYC
Pros:

Excellent location. Quiet and clean and comfortable. The manager is very professional

Cons:

I didn’t like the young man at the front desk, he was rude and argumentative when I asked about a shift and dress I had left behind. Luckily the manager Hafeez stepped in and sorted it all out - he was wonderful.

Good hotel, good location
Pros:

We had a very convenient room, relatively large (in NYC standards ) with awesome view. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Location is good - lots of dining options around. Subway was a bit further away, but walkable.
