Estancia en Sayula
Pros:

Me gustó el trato del personal y el restaurant. La ubicación también muy buena

Cons:

Que la regadera del baño no funcionaba tan bién, la puerta del cuarto se cerraba solo con la llave con la que entraba uno, no había forma de poner un seguro desde adentro. El cuarto estaba un poco oscuro y el colchón ya necesita renovacion

De lo mejor en Sayula, Jalisco.
Pros:

Ubicación, estacionamiento, limpieza, estado de conservación de las instalaciones, el detalle del agua y unas sodas sin costo. La amabilidad del personal es destacable.

Cons:

No facturan al momento, las habitaciones no tienen plancha ni burro, no tienen jabón en barra y nos tocó temporada de zancudos.

Muy satisfactoria, segura, tranquila y cómoda

Excelente ubicación para conocer el lugar caminando.
La casona del hotel hermosa, con detalles históricos y muy acogedora
Desayunos deliciosos en una muy agradable área de comedor, y excelente atención y servicio
Amabilidad, atención y actitud de todo el personal (Administración, restaurante, limpieza, etc.)

The hotel is beautiful and their garden and pool and kids playground is so nice for our kids. I was a bit sad our receptionist didn’t tell us about their breakfast, spa. Next time I would love to visit their spa and restaurant wish they had a fridge in their rooms. I did love the snacks provided by the hotel, I love their decorations wish I had more time for pictures. House keeper was amazing super clean and friendly and professional.

la propiedad es muy bonita, habitaciones muy comodas la cama excelente, personal muy atento y servicial, nos ayudaron mucho con taxi traslados a Cd Guzman.Solo algo por mejorar: estuvimos en dos habitaciones en una de ellas en una noche mucho ruido que provenia de la habitación de espalda por dejar encendido el jacuzzi, y falta más atención en area de alberca, un poco descuidada.
