Nice location, rude staff, AC didn’t work in 2 rooms we had, breakfast really bad.

Location & hotel in common areas.

Cons:

Twin beds are youth size, adults do not fit well on them. Staff is extremely.rude. The AC was broke in our room and leaked all over our stuff. They said they would fix it but lied. The next night was the same. Then they moved us to a room where the AC didn’t work when we told them they just said no speak English, then it works. It was so hot, I did not sleep 2 nights in a row. Breakfast is so bad you can not eat it. I would not recommend this hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el personal es atento y amable.

Cons:

La habitación era de las viejas, muy pequeña, con mucha falta de mantenimiento. Esto no se aclara al hacer la reserva, hay una zona nueva donde la habitaciones están nuevas pero cuestan casi un 50% mas. El baño muy chico y muy antiguo, el piso de la ducha hundido, las toallas , sabanas y cortinas manchadas. El desayuno tampoco cumplio las expectativas, muy poca variedad y se termina todo rápido aunque no había mucha gente.

Hermoso finde en Colonia
Pros:

Cercanía de todo! Caminando se puede ir al centro histórico, a lugares para comer, pasear en la noche es muy agradable en esa zona.

Cons:

Hubiera preferido batas en lugar de toallas para la piscina, o en su defecto un lugar más privado para ir de la piscina al cuarto, ya que hay que pasar x recepción🤷🏼‍♀️ pero no hace la diferencia

la ubicación , las instalaciones de áreas de descanso , las piscinas y el restaurante

La habitación que nos dieron es muy pequeña, cuando ingresamos dejaron olor a producto de limpieza que nos tocó salir para que saliera el olor, la persona de la recepción fue grosera me estaba enseñando ingles y yo no necesitaba su sarcasmo

This Hotel is a treat - very tastefully converted and decorated; comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel developed from an old property. 2 swimming pools (good size). Excellent location. Good decoration throughout. Plenty of room in dining room. A gym. A T.V. Lounge. Good lighting in bedroom. Insect screens at windows. A table and 2 chairs as well as usual furniture.

Cons:

Tea and coffee-making facilities not available, with a charge made for a cup of tea.
