The property was not what it says it is online. The pictures are deceiving.

they didn't let me in because I arrived after 8pm.
it;s insane! I paid for my room and because I arrived after 8pm the front desk was closed and I had to chose another hotel. What a shame!

check in & out process slow and takes 30+ mins. room infested with roaches. pictures do NOT match what the location actually looks like. FALSE ADVERTISING.

It was quite but I didn’t like the room it had a little smell too

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The area was kind of sketchy. There was a homeless camp right behind the property in the woods and people dumpster diving. However, they were in the middle of remodeling.

There was no one to check me in at 9:20pm

Property needs to be closed for complete renovations

Elevators were not working. Had to push the room door hard to open.
Smelly rooms. Bad smell. Not clean
Swimming pool was out of order filled with filth.
Not a nice place to stay. Not recommended at all.

I didnt stay there. I was about to check in and another customer was checking out a day early and told me her night was horrible from dogs barking to her toilet not flushing. on top of that elevator wasnt working. so if u was on the third floor it was all baf

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The wall in the bathroom was falling in, the fridge and microwave were easily from the 90s, one set of stairs was taped off…. The lock on our door was broken and there was a pile of dirt behind the door.

A no go pulled in the property and pulled right back out!! Only looked like a few rooms was available, seen jays walking around (crack heads) I was the only visitor on the property not one other car, was way to sketchy for me

Have to try to get a refund because they told us the elevator was not working and my wife is immobile and can’t use the stairs to the 3rd floor. Hopefully Expedia will refund.

There are just a lot of things that need to be done to catch this place up to par. The first room needs to be cleaned and really pressure washed before anyone else is allowed to go into it. The staff saw the issue and attempted to rectify the problem quickly. The only thing is that the room I was moved to had an infestation of roaches. I really have to be hesitant about what I choose or who I choose from here on out.

No elevator or pool (I don’t think either will be open in the foreseeable future). Room had a bed with clean sheets and running water. Was by no means extravagant, but it was good for a budget hotel stay on Gameday! TV had basic cable that got sports networks. If you want room service, this isn’t the spot for you. If you need a place to stay that isn’t $600 for a night and is close to the stadium you’re going to have a great time. There is space for a blow up mattress as well.

It was horrible

Put on 4th floor even though elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up 4 floors. Hard for a 77 year old person. Room air conditioner did have any control knobs to adjust temp. Had to unplug it from the wall because it was on full blast with cold air. TV remote didn’t work. This place is a dump. Will never stay again. The only thing good about it was the young black girl working check ins on Saturday at 12:30pm.
She was great.
