Świetna lokalizacja, 10-15 minut piechotką i jesteśmy w samym centrum, widok na Pałac Kultury, czyściutko, w całym pokoju miła dla stóp wykładzina- a jedzenie na śniadaniu- przepyszne! Serdecznie polecamy z mężem pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno wrócimy!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja niedaleko Wisły i niedaleko centrum, można przemieszczać się na pieszo. W pokojach jest cisza. Śniadania bogate i na słodko i na słono, bardzo dobra kawa :)

Niestety bardzo złe doświadczenie.

Po około 3 godzinach od zameldowania zauważyłam w pokoju żywe pluskwy. Znajdowały się m.in. na firanach i na ścianie. Mam zdjęcia dokumentujące ich obecność.

Natychmiast poszłam do recepcji i pokazałam pracownicom zdjęcia. Zaproponowano mi przeniesienie do pokoju LUX ze śniadaniem, mówiąc przy tym, że „nikt tam nie zgłaszał pluskiew”. Było to dla mnie bardzo niepokojące, ponieważ pojawiło się pytanie, czy w moim pierwotnym pokoju ktoś wcześniej zgłaszał taki problem a mimo to nadal pokój był udostępniany gościom?

Po znalezieniu pluskiew nie chciałam już zostać w tym obiekcie. Wyraźnie odrzuciłam propozycję przeniesienia, jednak panie kilkukrotnie do niej wracały, mimo że jasno mówiłam, że chcę opuścić hotel i otrzymać zwrot pieniędzy.

Sam zwrot również nie przebiegał sprawnie. Słyszałam, że pracownice nie wiedzą, jak go zrealizować ze względu na wystawioną fakturę, że zakończyły raport albo że trzeba poczekać. W efekcie przez długi czas w środku nocy musiałam zajmować się sytuacją i szukać nowego miejsca noclegowego. Poniosłam również dodatkowy koszt taksówki. Dopiero około 1:00 w nocy udało mi się znaleźć inne zakwaterowanie.

Ostatecznie otrzymałam zwrot pieniędzy za pobyt, jednak cała sytuacja była dla mnie bardzo stresująca i pozostawiła ogromny niesmak.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Obecność żywych pluskiew w pokoju jest dla mnie absolutnie niedopuszczalna, a sposób obsługi zgłoszenia tylko dodatkowo zwiększył stres i problemy.
