People are nice in Izmir
Pros:

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent. It is very close to the seaside in Izmir, and the tram stop is nearby, making it convenient to get around the city. There are also supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

The hotel provides a Turkish-style breakfast, which was quite good. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Considering the price, I think this hotel offers very good value for money.

Cons:

The facilities are quite outdated. While the hotel provides all the basic amenities you would expect, many of them are showing their age and could benefit from renovation.

The bathroom is also quite small, and the glass shower screen does not fully prevent water from splashing outside the shower area. As a result, the bathroom floor becomes very wet after every shower. I hope the hotel can make some improvements in this area.

Buona soluzione per visitare qualche giorno Smirne
Pros:

Hotel tutto sommato buono! Comoda la zona per vedere Smirne qualche giorno. La camera era abbastanza grossa (ci è stato fatto l'upgrade gratuito!) e con tutto il necessario. Il mio giudizio è comunque positivo!

Cons:

La pulizia si potrebbe migliorare, in doccia era presente solo del generico sapone attaccato al muro e al primo piano si sentono i rumori della strada sottostante. Ad ogni modo nulla di tremendo.

Из плюсов могу отметить только удобное местоположение

Cons:

Абсолютно всё остальное. Во-первых, персонал ведет себя неприветливо, это чувствовалось даже при общении в WhatsApp. Нам заранее сказали, что наши номера уже готовы к заселению. Однако, когда мы зашли, внутри было ужасно грязно: полы немытые, везде пыль. Дошло до того, что нам даже не поменяли постельное белье после предыдущих гостей — пришлось самим ходить и требовать, чтобы его заменили. Мы бронировали сразу два номера, и в обоих ситуация с чистотой была одинаково плачевной. Отзывы в интернете явно не соответствуют действительности.

На заметку тем, кто поедет: отель настойчиво предлагает свое такси за 50 €, утверждая, что это хорошая цена. На самом деле это очень дорого! Возле аэропорта можно спокойно взять такси за 20–35 € и доехать до гостиницы. Не переплачивайте.

Buen hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel muy recomendable, estaba muy céntrico (menos de 10’ del Ágora, 15’ del paseo marítimo y 15’ del bazar) estaba en un vía bastante grande con comercios y el metro y tren a pocos minutos andando. La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia, había artículos de aseo e incluso zapatilllas de cortesía. El personal fue muy amable, hasta nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. Sin duda volvería a alojarme allí. El desayuno fue completo y también disponen de guarda equipaje.

Cons:

Lo único negativo es que al estar en una vía bastante grande se escuchaba el ruido de los coches, pero no impide descansar.

wonderful hotel in a great location, very close to all the important places and especially the bazaar.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well organized.

The Boss is a very kind and welcoming person, always close to the guests and very helpful. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The breakfast was also nice and delicious.
