That my room was so close to the laundry room and front desk
It’s central to main shopping centre parking and the food place and breakfast available

It was a great location. Room was modern and tidy. Check out time was extended to 12 with no cost which was awesome.
Was a bit noisy but that's to be expected in a hotel.
Beds were comfy. Loved the coffee facilities by reception. Clean and good amenities
It was sooooo loud. We were put right by reception heard everyone coming and going and stomping upstairs until midnight. With a child on the booking you’d think you would put somewhere less loud 😒 only got a few hours sleep because of it. Not happy about it.
That it was central to the places we were visiting and that the staff service was exceptional
The staff were friendly and very helpful, the beds were comfortable, it was very handy to have the bar/restaurant so close.
