L'accueil a été très satisfaisant, l'hôtel était correctement équipé.
La télévision s'est arrêtée de fonctionner lorsque nous sommes arrivés juste avant minuit alors que nous souhaitons tous profiter de la télévision après une journée chargée, ou avant de s'endormir.
Le frigidaire était vide de boisson ( juste une bouteille d'eau ) à savoir que lorsque nous venons chez Mercure hôtel, le service est fourni en boissons. C'est inadmissible de ne trouver qu’une seule bouteille pour deux personnes pour un séjour de deux jours et deux nuits. Tellement déçus, nous avons quitté l'hôtel pour nous rendre chez un concurrent, c’est plutôt dommage pour une première expérience à Bruxelles. Sachant que le quartier de la gare ne soit pas favorisé, le minimum syndical est que nous nous sentions le plus à l'aise possible dans les lieux. Très mauvaise expérience! Mercure hôtel Bruxelles midi à éviter car c’est la honte pour l'Europe entière...

The wellness had a broken sauna and the jacuzzi had waaay too much chlorine in it.
