The staff wasn’t friendly. Things didn’t work. I felt like an inconvenience to them bc I kept asking for things. A working shower was one of them.

It needs a lot of updates and repairs. For example, The door safety latch was broken, and bathroom door had to be lifted in order to close it. It needs more maintenance, etc....

Dog hair everywhere, mold on the shower curtain, tub was precious scum on it, dog vomit by our refrigerator. Eye lashes on the phone and on our confronter, the phone didnt work.

The first room 147 and we checked in after 3 pm they gave us was filthy on arrival the beds wasn’t made stuff all in the floor got a new room it was half way clean there was nasty stuff on the wall all kinds of stuff on the floor when you opened the refrigerator like they just swept it up under there toilet ran 24/7 the door messed up every time we turned around we was having to go get new keys made a total of 6 times even had 3 or 4 receptionist down there bringing the master key this was room 162 we asked for a refund the first evening and was told we couldn’t get one then because no manager was on duty I will never stay here again nor recommend it!!!

There were not enough towels in the room. I asked repeatedly to get them. They told me they were low on them finally after the third trip to the front desk got enough towels and hand cloths, but we still had to ask for soap and there was no shampoo, etc.. And the staff was only so so when it came to Customer Service

I liked the proximity to the places we were visiting.

Cons:

The rooms wasn't very clean, pretty clear they don't sweep often and certainly don't mop. Made the mistake of taking my shoes off in the room and it turned my feet black from just walking around. The covera on the beds were stained and had holes. Overall just a bit gross.
