Staff seemed over worked...poor guy talked like he had worked a double shift or was getting over a high. He stated if anything was missing to call back (including TV) I didn't see anything missing until morning when it was time for shower...I had no large towel and water pressure was a drizzle. Along with shower curtain falling it only had two bolts when it required four. Their were people standing in doorway of rooms like they lived there.

Nothing absolutely disgusting and unprofessional staff.

Cons:

This location needs an evaluation from corporate cause local management is an abomination. The staff run around the facility and are most of the problem. No control of the grounds. The front desk literally gave a customer a key to an occupied room and they walked in on another guest. Then tried to say they must not of checked out yet, it was 730 pm at night. Do they not check rooms after 11am check out? I could keep going. The fact that booking.com is how I found this place I'm tempted to never use booking.com ever again

The one staff member had an attitude, and it was not clean at all. I actually had to go to the store and buy a bunch of cleaning supplies swept mopped and cleaned the counters myself.
