La falta de higiene!

Took a bit for a receptionist to show up. It was a very awkward interaction. Also said I had 10 minutes to inspect the room. If it took longer I was stuck with the room.
I only stayed here to rest my head for a couple hours waiting for a flight the next morning.
This motel allows dogs. There was dog fences in the mulch around the property and they were barking throughout the night. There was hair and crumbs on the sheets of one of the beds.
The shower had mold throughout and the faucet was covered in electrical tape. Sink was covered in hair still.

Super sale, meubles cassés, gens bizzares, et super cher pour un logement qui ne devrait même pas être proposé à la location...insalubre!

The bathtub was dirty & damaged in one room. In this same room, my son had a bug walking on his arm and then his face.
In the other room, the beds did not have the customary bedspread, they had mismatched blankets only. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was black. After showering, I scooted across the floor on the floor towel. When I picked it up to hang it on the tub, the bottom of the towel was streaked black. The floor obviously had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Alex at this property was absolutely awful. We did not stay as we were treated with harshness and racism. We had to get the police involved. Please run far away from this property, especially individuals of color as you will not be treated humanely at all. Horrible experience.

The only problem I had was my back with the bed, no one else in our group had the same issue. So we’ll just chalk it up to my bad back in itself lol.

Room not ready until 4:30pm.

The first room we were issued had dried spills on the floor in the eating area, the fridge was not clean, used tissue in the toilet, dried blood stains on the floor in the bathroom, trash and food crumbs on the floor in the sleeping area around the bed. The second room issued was a little cleaner but the key card reader on the door wouldnt let us in so we had to rekey the cards each time we left the room but they eventually sent maintenance to repair it on day 3. There was 5 light fixtures in the room but only 2 had lightbulbs. The hair dryer was broken and plastic bags were stuffed inside of it. The kitchen drawer was full of dirty plastic utensils, a half eaten cookie, and opened soy and ketchup packets when we checked in the room. The drawers and cabinets were not checked during the cleaning process.

Some of the lobby staff was rude. And not accomendating when asked for extra towels or even clean towels an linins we stayed 2 days tge kitchenette rooms were run down compated to regular rooms

Everything. The staff was horrible. Our room was soaked. There were roaches in the room. We asked to be moved or dry blankets and we were asked what happened??? Like I would know. I just walked in. People were scary. Didn't feel safe leaving my car in the back parking lot. Just all around a huge NO!! NEVER AGAIN!!
