I need a refund on my room I didn't get after paying on line the handicap, room

Cons:

I paid for 2 room with 2 queen beds in both rooms. I did not get but one room the employee wouldn't even look at my confirmation number on my email. He wanted me to pay for another room but I didn't cause. I already paid for 2 rooms on line He was very rude and also the employee this morning didn't want to give me a receive, gave me somebody else's receive. The room ii only got was dirty the bed sheets also wasn't clean the door had a cracked in it didn't close right people was out say smoking weed and other bad things was going on outside

The place was not clean, half of the facilities were broken. The rod in the shower was broken so the shower curtain only stayed in the middle, the stopped on the sink was down in the drain so you couldn't use the sink, had to wash hands and brush teeth in shower.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Motel 6 locations. This was by far my worst experience ever.

The first night and next morning were a disaster, the lock didn’t work on the door after we checked in , took until after midnight to get back in the door , then left under the impression that the door was going to be fixed , returned and had to have the door opened again because it wasn’t fixed and had to move rooms ….
