Pros:

Check in went smoothly. Desk clerk was very nice. Location was excellent.

Overall a good experience minus the hairs found on the towels. It was a great location to access be

Was there a breakfast? I saw coffee but that isn't breakfast

Cons:

There were hairs on multiple towels. Long black hairs hanging from "linen" and all over shower and sink. There was also stains on the duvet. When talking to the lady at the front desk it was like it was typical and nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros:

The employees were very kind and helpful. Our dog was scared to come out of the room because we were on the 2nd floor. The girl at the desk was kind enough to move us to the 1st floor.

Always worth the stay
Pros:

I have stayed here several times and it’s always clean staff is very friendly and it’s close to everything. I always stay here when I’m in town. And it’s pet friendly

Great for a one nighter.
Pros:

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms location was very close to the office, so the sounds of other guests was quite loud. Many of the outlets in the headboard did not function. The towels were thin, small and there weren't very many. The toiletries were low quality and the television selection was not great. Also, the walls were very thin, you could here the neighboring guests. The overnight clerk eye rolled me when I asked if he could break a $20 bill. He seemed bothered by human interaction when he didn't seem very busy otherwise. Maybe finding better quality staff who desires to help guests as opposed to family of ownership who only deign to be there would be a better option.
