Good rooms for quick business trips. Staff is friendly. Room was clean however missing fresh air that’s why giving 3 star.

We requested a room, but they didn't give it to us, even though we booked it more than 15 days before. The room was okay. didn't get breakfast after 9 am. don't promise anything if you can not fulfilled. ...................................

Very good

This hotel is 3 min drive from US embassy. Very convenient if you have early morning interview. Rooms are clean and with a view. My room had a view of the local trains. Dinner is very delicious, we ordered Kadai paneer, paneer fried rice and grilled vegetable sandwich.

Rooms are not cleaned properly especially bathrooms and there is a strong garbage or drain smell from outside whole night.
They only serve vegetarian food but never mention anywhere.

I booked the hotel for my parents. They liked the hotel and service. The only concern was area around the hotel. They said, it's not too bad. Overall, their experience was great. They told me the hotel rooms are good and very clean.

Worst experience ever! We arrived very tired in the evening to check-in. We were given a tiny room right pass the front desk on the first level. When we complained, we were told by the hotel manager that they that is the only room left and they would be able to give us a new room the next day. We agreed to spend one night in that room, but after about 15 minutes, when we opened the bathroom door to use it, the bathroom smelled like dirty sewer, the stench was so bad that we could not even use the bathroom. The WiFi singal was very weak. We were able to find another hotel and we checked out from LA Metro.

I had booked a double large room after my last stay but they gave me a room smaller than my previous stay and I paid more very dissatisfied with the booking information given in your app and at the hotel

The staff member was nice and treated well also food waa good, but the street was busy and noisy at night time.

We are leisure travelers who literally came to Mumbai only to stay at this iconic hotel..we had the most awesome time ever !I t was a brilliant stay right from the view, to the room, to the pool, to the restaurants - everything was enjoyable! The palace wing has a separate place for having breakfast too with crazy views. Highly recommend this iconic hotel!

We didn't even stay at this property whatever was shown is so much different than the actual, the moment we entered the lobby and even at the location it's soo much different and I did mentioned the number of people staying and when we reached there we they did say that we can accommodate everyone while leaving the staff came as we were leaving and there were no lifts and what was showcased and actual is so much different. Highly disappointed.
