Pros:

It’s an old property…. Requires maintenance… close to beach and in nice area…. No parking

Pros:

Staff never showed any welcome gesture. Also, the hotel claims to have a free parking available but I had to park my vehicle outside on the streets. There is no parking available on-site. We had to pull in and pull out our luggage ourselves in-spite of telling the staff about the checkout time. The rooms are good and spacious but room service is below average. Cleanliness was fine but could have been improved a bit. Food quality is fine but over priced. If i visit Goa again, I would never stay at Pirache Art again.

Very good location and room services zero
Pros:

Location and room of the hotel is awesome, only disappointment is front desk manager he was so rude and unprofessional that next time for sure if he is there I will never selct this hotel. my request to hotel .com to take up this matter to top management of pirache hotel because of such person I will think twice to book hotel from hotel.com

Intense smell of mould
Pros:

Hotel although new smells of mould and everything is wet....even the bed....not expensive but unpleasant stay....not very clean either...location is very good though

Good Stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Pirache Art Hotel. Its a small and clean hotel. The room was big and facing the pool.
Bathroom was clean. Hope they maintain the cleanliness and the standard of the hotel. The location is superb. Just off the main calangute beach...but on Holiday Street which is very exciting place. Liked the food at the restaurant as well. Overall good experience. Only issue was with the breakfast menu...Not much options. They seriously need to improve the breakfast menu. Or else..fantastic place to stay!

Comfortable and good stay

Nice hotel in calangute close to the beach
Pros:

Had a pleasant stay without any problems. The staff is gud and the food in the restaraunt is superb. The rooms r very clean and pool is good.

Good location in Calangute!
Pros:

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights. The location is pretty good, close to main road and main beach of Calangute, north Goa. The hotel was clean and neat, recently renovated. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the room simple and clean with all basic comforts. Breakfast was included but not much choice in the menu. In general the main quality of the hotel is good value for money.

Not as beautiful as the pictures.
Pros:

The entrance is very shabby. There is no board at the entrance, and no one knew the place so it took us a lot of time to reach the place. Except the pool, walls and other areas in the hotel were very dirty. Breakfast was included but we were served only bread and omelette. Room was ok, but had no blanket and bathroom had no toiletries. When we asked for a blanket the staff said they don't have any. There were too many mosquitos in the room. Housekeeping was very bad and even after cleaning the room there was enough sand left.
