Izba bola čistá.

Cons:

V izbe bolo cítiť výrazny pach ako po čerstvo tepovaných kobercoch. Nebolo to príjemné.
Okrem toho, vo večerných hodinách do izby doliehal zvláštny hluk - výrazný, nepríjemný a rušivý. Pred 22:00 po zavolaní na recepciu sme sa dozvedeli, že to je vírivka. Ak hotel poskytuje welness, mal by to mať umiestnené v priestoroch, odkiaľ zvuky nedoliehajú do izieb.

Izby boli čisté a udržiavané. Vybavenie je už trochu staršie a hotel by si zaslúžil postupnú rekonštrukciu alebo modernizáciu, ale na krátky pobyt bolo všetko v poriadku.

Najväčším sklamaním boli raňajky. Počas celej doby sa prakticky neobjavil žiadny personál – zo stolov sa neodnášal použitý riad, jedlo sa nedopĺňalo a celkový servis pôsobil zanedbane. Škoda, pretože pri lepšej organizácii raňajok by bol celkový dojem z pobytu oveľa lepší.

הספא נקי ונעים מתחם קטן אבל לא כלול במחיר וצריך להזמין מראש לא תמיד פנוי. ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת בבופה עם היצע קטן צריך לבקש כל דבר, נענים אבל יש לחכות. מרפסת מאוד נחמדה

. במהלך השהות, לא ניקו את החדר או רוקנו פחים הביאו מגבות או סבונים רק לאחר שביקשנו. העיירה שקטה כדאי להגיע רק אם יש אירוע או פסטיבל.

Postup hotela hodnotím ako neakceptovateľný!

Na prvý dojem pri check-in hotel pôsobil dobrým dojmom.

Cons:

Moju skúsenosť (1 noc) nemôžem hodnotiť kladne z nasledujúcich dôvodov:

- kôš na hotelovej izbe nebol vyprázdnený pri príchode na izbu – zrejme ešte pozostatok mini baru po predchádzajúcom hosťovi – toto by sa v kategórii 4* hotela nemalo stať.

- následne po check-out (iba niekoľko minúť) hotel inicializoval dodatočnú neautorizovanú platbu na mojej kreditnej karte, bez akéhokoľvek vysvetlenia.

Niekedy ako teraz dostanete izbu kde je kúpeľňa pre imobilných (čo je super, že to hotel poskytuje), avšak ak o tom pri objednávaní neviete sedíte na mise a nohy 10 cm vo vzduchu a sprch. kút je bez zásteny....
