wonderful view to city & church
limited hours for rooftop & restaurant because of low season and tourism. A/C was not operating propperly because of excessive
three day heat !
The room was huge and very charming with a huge bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately, although the site said there was a pool and free breakfast, there was no pool and no breakfast at all. There is a rooftop restaurant not associated with the hotel that was not open for breakfast. I had to go outside and walk to find breakfast. There were really no amenities at all besides coffee in the morning. I was disappointed. The water pressure was poor in the shower. The maid, Norma, was delightful! Otherwise, I didn’t find staff terribly helpful.
Increíble la mejor opción la atención de las chicas de recepción excelente me ayudaron a reservar la cena para mi esposo y nos dieron recomendaciones , el hotel precioso igual a las fotos super limpio la vista de la habitación espectacular .

I was impressed by the beautiful junior suite! But, the shower ran cold water and the water pressure was too low. Unfortunately, the information online is misleading. There is no pool at all, and no free breakfast. The desk staff said there has been no pool for 9 years! The restaurant on the rooftop is lovely and the food was excellent, but there is no breakfast since the restaurant was not open in the morning.
Muy buen lugar para quedarse. Cuenta con estacionamiento que es un lujo. La temperatura de la regadera no fue la mejor o muy caliente o muy fría. Las almohadas pueden mejorar

Nice Comfy place
This affordable, charming hotel is close to the central area of town but away from the crowds and has a great view of the city. The room was large and family-sized with two bedrooms and two baths and nicely decorated with some special luxury touches like plush bedding and robes. The balcony, with the view of the city and the churches, was extra-special. Although the hotel is listed as a "four-star" property, the level of amenities and services is nowhere near the fancy hotels in town (which was fine for us.) It was close to many shops and restaurants and also has one on site. The staff didn't speak much English, so couldn't be of too much assistance to us in navigating the city. Our one complaint is that the room needed a mini-fridge. A solid 3-star hotel in a great location in an amazing city.
Easy walk into the center. Helpful staff. There is a fair bit of road noise during the day but good windows considerably improve this. I was able to take daily video conferences with zero internet issues
Excelente lugar, ubicación, precio, calidad
Nos encantó el hotel, principalmente por las atenciones del personal. TODOS fueron amables y serviciales. Incluso el último día que estubimos ahí, solicitamos un Uber para que nos llevara a la terminal de autobuses, el cual no pudo pasar porque habían cerrado las calles debido a los eventos realizados por el Domingo de Ramos. Ya habíamos registrado nuestra salida del hotel y nos encontrábamos en la puerta principal, pero en la calle. Uno de los empleados de la recepción se dió cuenta de nuestra espera, salió para preguntarnos si nuestro transporte aún no llegaba, habló con las personas de tránsito para que le dieran permiso de sacar un vehículo del hotel y llevarnos a nuestro destino. Francamente nos sorprendió gratamente su disposición y diligencia. No sabemos qué hubiéramos hecho sin su apoyo; pues ya habíamos comprado los boletos con anticipación. Nosotros además de estar muy agradecidos con él, reconocemos la alta calidad del servicio al cliente que tiene el personal del hotel :)
