La chica que nos atendió fue un poco desagradable y poco educada. La cama estaba totalmente entre dos paredes y era incómoda de entrar y salir,y el baño se anegaba completamente cada vez que te duchabas. Teníamos buenas expectativas en el hotel,pero no las cumplió.

Check in was great, staff were helpful and responsive, very helpful when something was forgotten in the room.

The hot water tank provides only a few minutes of water and takes a while to reheat, making showers unpleasant.

Great location!
Pros:

Location was excellent- ideal for a short stay!
Description on website is very clear and honest.

Cons:

While I'm aware that Singapore is expensive I feel the cost of the accommodation should have been a little lower.

When having a shower the water seeped under the shower door and as a result the whole bathroom floor was sopping wet.

On m’a donner une chambre au 5e étage en sachant que l’ascenseur s’arrête au 4e donc par la suite escalier étroit à monter pas facile avec 3 valise et enfant surtout sans aide… on a fini par nous changer de chambre donc ok

Pros:

バスやMRTを利用するには便利
チャイナタウンにあるので食事や買物に便利

Cons:

私の部屋は5階にあってリフトは4階までしかなかった　スタッフに助けてもらったから大丈夫でしたけど教えてくれれば4階以下にしたのにと思った
日本では考えられないけど部屋を不在にすると電源が全て落ちる
つまり帰ってくると部屋は暑いし
冷蔵庫さえ止まってる
帰ってきて冷たいものも飲めないのは辛かった
