Pros:

Staff and location. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

AC in room was very hot or miss. Sometimes we set it in 17C and it was still hot. The last day we set on 25C and it was freezing. Hot water in shower was also variable. Could use a few more places to hang up clothes/towels.

Wonderful stay with clean rooms, and a perfect location.
Pros:

The location is super! Few steps from Chinatown station.
There is a Mall in front ( there are grocery stores and food stall inside, lots of local foods to try)
The room is spacious and very clean, they provided towels and they even changed it every day.

Good location is the most benefit for me . Compare to other hotels, the price is not too high. The CP value is good.
Pros:

Hotel’s location is good. Very close to the subway station and shopping mall.

People are friendly and resolve the problem quickly.

Cons:

The equipments in the room are old.
Be careful not to slip when you shower. There is no anti-slip mat.
