La gentilezza e la professionalità della staff, soprattutto della signora Azzurra che ci ha accolti e consigliati in tutto.. colazione buona, la cena eccezionale dall’antipasto al dolce compreso di acqua e vino.

Scoperta casuale ma fortunatissima ad Alessano
Pros:

Posizione strategica per visitare entrambi i versanti. Stanza pulita e dotata del necessario per soggiornare comodamente. Materasso e cuscino confortevoli. Colazione ottima, dolce e salata. Dispenser di acqua naturale e frizzante fresca a disposizione degli ospiti h24. La differenza assoluta la fa Azzurra, la proprietaria. È stata subito disponibile sin dal contatto telefonico consigliandoci a chi rivolgersi per le escursioni alle grotte. A colazione ci ha fornito un programma ricco per visitare le località più importanti del Salento e fare qualche ulteriore bagno top. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Hotel storico a due passi dal centro storico di Alessano. In linea con quanto specificato in prenotazione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La simpatia di Azzurra è impagabile.

Cons:

Per chi ha problemi di deambulazione, il fatto che l'hotel non disponga di ascensore potrebbe costituire un problema.

Good budget accommodation. Might be considered if repeating the vacation in the region.
Pros:

Recently renewed building from outside. The inside is functionally improved some time ago but keeping that direction. Central heating/cooling renewed, walls painted regularly. Very helpful and friendly staff, always on service. Flexible and willing to fulfill every customer request. Giving advice for each doubt a tourist can have but balanced with pushing too much. Parking in case of purchased is inside the building so safety on highest level although the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Location is good in case of vacation with exploring the region so you can switch sites daily.

Cons:

Still much to improve regarding the inventory: not stylish furniture, shelfs in the room can be a bit fixed and beautified. Bathroom has some new furniture but not functioning well. Doors, handles need some touch and maybe electronic locks should be considered.
