Pros:

The quiet and the feeling of the sea nearby.

Cons:

The attitude, the lying, I booked rooms with balcony then says next day, then breakfast not included, then he closes kitchen early, then longtime waiting for any requests, extra longtime , never got the balcony and payed breakfast with interets at checkout 😉

Disappointing
Pros:

The room, the bed and the window are big

Cons:

Terrible location, nothing to do or eat in the area.
The staff were polite but not happy to help.
The smell from the restaurant in the lobby was unpleasant at times.
THERE WERE A TON OF MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE. EVERYWHERE!

Pros:

For the price the room was excellent. Exceptionally clean . The bed was comfortable. The aircon was good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
There is about a fifteen minute or so walk to the beach which is accessed through a park . To get down to the water is a big step so this could be a obstacle for some .
There are no eateries or concessions at this area of the beach for food or drinks or anything.

Cons:

The guest house is in a area where there is not much available. The hotel has a noodle shop but other than that there is not much else. With the exception of a grocery store. There are all the usual options for getting around same as everywhere else.
The location just feels isolated to me.
But if you are on a budget and want a clean comfortable room at a great price this will fit the bill.

Excellent value for money stay in Hua Hin!
Pros:

Basic but clean room. It was everything we needed for a short stay in Hua Hin. Staff was also very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast hours weren’t very clear. On arrival we were told that we could have breakfast until 10am. When we arrived at 9:17am we were told we were too late. That didn’t make sense.

Nice quiet hotel
Pros:

I enjoyed staying in the place . The hotel is well maintained , clean and secured . I liked the room size and decorations . The place has a restuarant with some specialities of Noddle Soup ...very tasty and Not expensive .
About the location : it's 5 kilometers from the center, I used to take easy Bolt ride or simply walk up to the main street and get BathBus for 15Bath each way . 7 Eleven is 200m from the hotel and many restaurants options as well .

Great stay
Pros:

For the price, it is great! Staff is friendly ( a bit stressed when their restaurant is busy), the bed is very comfy and the room is spacious. Recommended for budget travelers!

Cons:

The hygiene, especially the bathroom, can be improved. It’s not bad but a little bit more effort would be great.
