Nice and comfortable to stay
Pros:

Perfect hotel to stay, neat and clean and convenient for shopping since ben thanh market is just opposite and siagon center is just 5 mins.away to walk.

Cons:

When i need to extend 1 more day but not granted the reason the all rooms all fully booked. Meaning even you already stayed in the hotel and you want to extend more days you will be considered. Anyhow, just understandble.

A comfortable convenient hotel
Pros:

Great location right by market and central for so many attractions.

Cons:

Staff were v sweet but didn’t speak much English (why should they really?!) and didn’t offer much help or guidance about the city.

A simple stay in a central location.
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazingly central location and was perfect for our one night in HCM. The staff were helpful with our bags and ordering a car to the airport. The 12pm checkout was also very helpful for us.

Cons:

The hotel had a strong perfume smell that was quite distracting. The room had no bells and whistles but was in line with our expectations.

Pros: location and access to restaurants and ATM, the staff was friendly and helpful, comfortable room, checking in and out went smoothly.

Cons:

No windows but this made it quite in the room.

Location was perfect, staff were the best asset, everyone was so friendly and there was always a gentleman there to open the door for you. Would definitely stay again!
