Tôi đặt lịch trên Booking hoàn tất từ rất sớm, nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì khách sạn báo hết phòng, và tôi phải xử lý với Booking để đổi sang khách sạn khác, cũng may là dịch vụ hỗ trợ khách hàng của Booking cực kỳ tốt nên đã cứu được chuyến đi của tôi

Pros:

Établissement situé à l'intérieur du secteur touristique de la ville, ce qui permet de rejoindre à pied ou en voiture les principales attractions. Le personnel est aux petits soins et rend le séjour d'autant plus agréable.

A grand hotel in its day but still very comfortable

Cons:

Although staff were careful to tell us about the marble floors slippery when wet & very hot water in bathroom it was still quite a challenge to not slip in shower/toilet area.

Great value for money. A comfortable luxurious stay.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Amazing breakfast, especially the beef pho! The room was spacious with a nice wooden floor, huge comfy bed, lovely pillows and a brilliant bathroom with separate shower and bath. They kindly arranged a cab to the train station very early and a super packed breakfast ( monotonous fresh pastries and fruit).
The hotel is in a relatively quiet location, being 12 floors up we weren’t disturbed at all by street noise. It’s about 12 minute walk to the river and a wonderful restaurant called Cirque.

Cons:

It’s a minor thing but the door opening keys illicit three really loud beeps on entry. When other people come in late you can hear their doors opening from inside your room which we found a bit annoying late at night when we were in bed.

Dommage que la piscine soit froide (~19-29°), c'est vraiment trop peu pour en profiter, le service de laundry est non efficace, ling rincé mais mon lavé

Super Frühstück
Pros:

Wir sind mit einem Nachtbus sehr früh angekommen und konnten schon morgens unser Gepäck dort abgeben. Gegen einen Aufpreis durften wir auch vor Ort frühstücken. Die Auswahl des Frühstück Buffets war der Wahnsinn.
Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und sah sehr gepflegt aus.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Old rundown, no character unfriendly staff

very rude reception: noisy beeping keys and lifts. My robe was holy worn;
towels old, water smelt pipes; slippery floors. Very tired. Hotel needs a good revamp, sheets were thin bed creaking mattress had a hole in it and pillows were hard

OTTIMO HOTEL
Pros:

Camera molto ampia e confortevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione varia e di qualità, anche con prodotti dolci e occidentali. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Staff gentile e professionale.
