Jevgenia Ossul retseptsioonis hakkas dikteerima kuidas ma peaksin käituma enda toas, kui koristaja tuleb tuba koristama, ei tohi olla voodis ja alasti ning pean ise ukse lahti tegema. Küsisin kus see kirjas on, vastust ei saanud. Siis veel ütles et koristus toimub ainult siis kui klienti toas ei viibi. Ütlesin et mõni klient ei lähe nädal aega toast välja võibolla, mis te siis ei koristagi tuba. Ühesõnaga ei ole mõtet pakkuda igapäevast koristusteenust kui kardate kliente.
