A great location for what we want.
A mix up with the booking was resolved as well as possible.

Good option for Makati in front of two beautiful parks and within walking distance from Greenbelt 5 shopping centre. Room was ok but with noisy appliances.

I sometimes use this hotel when I go on business trips to Manila. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. However, sometimes the shower room does not drain properly and the shower does not switch properly.

Constant building noise throughout my stay. Cleaning was inadequate as well.

Staff was excellent

Ongoing renovations at the ground floor for which reception was moved to 8th floor. Not all the lifts were working and it is dusty.

Service is great but some things need to be changed e.g. towels (worn out), mattress (saggy). Bathroom can also use some upgrade. Floor tiles look dirty.

Good Value for money. Bathroom while clean can use some upgrade. Towels need replacement. Bed can also use a new mattress; time to replace the old sagging one.

A little bit cheaper. Clean and very helpful staff.

Great location. Guest services were excellent and quick and responsive. Upon arrival to our room it was a bit loud due to an event in the park across the street. They quickly changed and placed us in a quieter room. Overall great experience and worth the stay. Only thing I would say could be a negative, would be the decor of the room. Felt more of staying in a college dorm.

If you’re looking for great service and a central location this is the place to stay. Easy grab ride to Manila or any surrounding areas. Plenty of walkable food coffee and entertainment options. If you’re looking for luxury accommodation this might not be the option for you. Again that is always subjective.

I like the location as I am able to walk a lot for my daily exercise. They have friendly and helpful staff. Looks pretty secure. Free breakfast is nice with mini-fridge and microwave oven in the room. The shower floor can get slippery and maybe risky for older people due to the position of the knob. I recommend they look at that for guest safety.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Bed was double rather than queen , but room was spacious. Great location and amazing service from the team

Great place in the heart of Makati.
It is a bit old but you have everything you need

View, spacious layout, friendly and helpful service and reception staff. Convenient and one of the best location in Makati with a small park nearby.

Very good serviced apartments with good facilities. Very comfortable. Excellent cafe/restaurant next door, with convenience store 2 doors away. Lovely p[ark opposite. Short walk to Greenbelt.
