Shuttle to airport not user friendly.

Missing soaps, very runned down, cheap looking, but the bed was clean enough. I won’t stay there again.

I was startled by an employee just coming in to my room to bring me extra water. I was not suitably dressed as I had been resting at the time, water appreciated, coming into the room, not.

The bed is not very comfortable, the pillows are flat and not fluffy at all, basically old and need to be replaced. The hotel hallways and surrounding are not very clean

Convenient for airport connections. The shuttle was not available when I arrived in the afternoon, so I had to take a taxi. This was a minor inconvenience, especially since I had not realized that the shuttle was not running and therefore spent quite a bit of time and effort unnecessarily.

The pool was the draw and it was wonderful, especially after walking all day . We found that the restaurant menu didn’t appeal to us, but found an excellent sushi restaurant around the corner . This was an airport hotel , we only stayed one night , and it met our needs .

Night porter was simple rude. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The waitress in the dining room bit her nail and threw on the floor.

The pool was amazing, the room floor are a bit old, the bed too compared to America but it was still comfortable

I loved the rain shower head! Upon arriving to our room we noticed the toilet was blocked however the staff quickly allowed us to change rooms as no technician was available. This was perfect and everything worked great in the new room! All in all a great service, great stay!

It was close to the airport as advertised. A little isolate otherwise.

Front desk service was great. The assisted me by telling me an Uber to Orly airport was 40% cheaper than a taxi. Hotel was nice and a great place to stop over near CDG. I’d book again.

After arriving early in Paris after a long flight, there was not a minute earlier check-in, then the 3 o’clock. I am sure they had the room ready prior to that, but they were not going to give it up even for an extra price. I think they could’ve given a little more in the hospitality department.

We just wanted to check in we are falling asleep in the lounge.

It was plesant stay. The pool could have been less warm ( when it’s totally enclosed it becomes like a sauna)

Hotel was nice. You can do an early or late check out but it is €15 per hour extra

Clean, nice coffee maker, noon check out is nice, morning shuttle for a fee is also nice

Everything you want in a basic airport hotel, plus a warm pool and a pretty good breakfast.

Good location from Paris cdg, small town with some food options and a great little Bakery. You will need a shuttle which costs 7 euro/person.

Very clean. Good amenities. Perfect for one night stay before flight.
