Right in the center
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting the center of old Quebec City. This somewhat surprising hotel is fully renovated and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Main points were that the room we had, had almost no view outside, so you feel enclosed, and the breakfast limited in choice and fruits/orange juice were canned.
