Fantastic location! Beautiful view on to the park and the river. Was able to walk to everything.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Loved the roof top terrace in the evenings. Great sun sets.

Cons:

Room was right outside the 1st floor elevator by the lobby. It was just weird opening the door and having people standing there.

My stay at the Hotel Manoir Vieux - Quebec
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hotel Manoir Vieux - Quebec during my trip to QC. The location of the Hotel was very good close to the Chateau, shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly in particular Monsieur Samuel who was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The only complaint I have of the Hotel is the room is pretty small, the steps up the Hotel is difficult to manage when you have several pieces of baggage and the shower is terrible. We were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was so bad it was like having the shower in the kitchen sink. Apart from that, the breakfast provided was standard and all in an average hotel.

nice modern hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel in great location. Facing a little park, the Dufferin Terrasse, next to Frontenac Hotel. walking to restaurants, funiculaire.
Roof top terrace has amazing view ( night time highly recommended)
Staff is very nice and helpful.
Rooms are clean, modern. Inside elevator.
Front entrance has stairs. Back entrance is flat.
Definitely recommend the place.

Schönes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage der Altstadt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Manor Vieux-Québec und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von Québec, nur etwa zwei Gehminuten vom berühmten Fairmont Le Château Frontenac entfernt. Wir waren mit 2 Ehepaaren unterwegs und hat zwei Standardzimmer mit Queenbett für 2 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und verfügte über ein großes Badezimmer. Das gesamte Hotel machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Im Frühstücksraum stehen rund um die Uhr Heißgetränke zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es gegen Gebühr einen Weinspender, an dem man sich bequem ein Glas Wein (3 verschiedene Sorten) einschenken kann – eine nette Idee für einen entspannten Abend. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich schön und man kann dort abends entspannen mit Blick auf das Hotel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. In etwa 50 Metern Entfernung befindet sich eine sichere Tiefgarage. Für 24 CAD pro Tag kann dort geparkt werden und selbst unser Chevrolet Suburban passte in die Tiefgarage. Für die Besichtigung von Quebec City ist das Hotel ideal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber es gab leider nur kalte hartgekochte Eier. Zumindest Rührei und Bacon sollte vorhanden sein. Die Frau Am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich und hat ständig dafür gesorgt, dass alles ordentlich aussieht.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Rashied at the desk and Johanne at the breakfast center (which was a quite good breakfast). The location was ideal.

Cons:

The listing in Booking.com was misleading in stating the room had two queen beds, when, in fact, it did not. They did nothing to rectify the situation; so, the fault was more with them and not the hotel. We were there for eight days and only once was the room cleaned and never were the sheets changed :-(

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The staff was FANTASTIC!! Breakfast was reasonable and tasty. The “view” from the roof was not like the picture but the opposite side on the roof seating was comfortable & large enough for families.
