Great location for 3 night Winter Carnival Stay
Pros:

Arrival was perfect (though a bit difficult because of Winter Carnival detours). Location by the park was wonderful and staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Room was quite small and below ground so we had no view except of cars in a back parking lot. Shower door didn't close properly and leaked. TV remote worked erratically. There was a Keurig coffee maker but we had to ask for a water kettle so we could make tea.

Great hotel in wonderful location
Pros:

Great little hotel just steps from Chateau Frontenac, our room overlooked a park, the river, and the Chateau Frontenac. Modern room was spotless with everything we needed. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Great location. Breakfast was served in lounge, it was soo good, baked goods were better then most bakeries serve. The lady working at the lounge kept bring us fresh baked goodies. Loved it!

Cons:

The shower in our room wasn't in the bathroom but in the bedroom with a glass door, this was convenient and romantic, but could be ackward depending on your travelling companion.

Beau hôtel proche du fleuve
Pros:

Hôtel très propre et bien localisé, personnel sympa. Les lits étaient très confortables et la douche est excellente. La vue de la chambre vers le fleuve était magnifique.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas bien insonorisé, on entendait les gens dans la chambre au-dessous de la nôtre.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très bon.

Idéalement situé! Parfait si vous n’avez que quelques jours pour découvrir Quebec!

La possibilité de mettre le prix du parking public directement sur la chambre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner et la non transparence sur le prix en fonction de l’âge des enfants. Dans les autres hôtels que nous avons eu, ils annonçaient des le début le prix en fonction de l’âge des enfants. Dans cet hôtel, c’est à la fin qu’ils vous disent, vous nous devez tant, au final je ne sais même pas s’il y a une gratuité et à partir de quel âge.
Nous avons donc payé 4 petits déjeuners plus que moyen en terme de qualité et choix.

La ubicacion por estar cerca de todo y que tuviera un jacuzzi.

Cons:

Que para transportar las maletas haya que ir por detras del edificio. El desayuno debe mejorar, ofrecieron unas salchichas que estaban quemadas y duras como cemento.
