Hotel mediocre para 4 estrellas
Pros:

Ubicación. Personal amable. Desayuno normal pero suficiente.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Andas descalza 2 minutos y los pies acaban negros. Habitación 109 con mucho ruido al estar en planta baja ñ,junto a recepción y frente al ascensor.
Hormigas en el baño. No nos solucionaron el problema ni nos cambiaron de habitación.
A las 16.30 de la tarde la habitación estaba sin limpiar. No lo hicieron ya.

Pretty old and dirty carpet in the room. No view from the room at all. Lots of stairs at the entrance, so if you arrive with heavy luggage, like us, this will be a challenge.

Charming hotel in a fantastic old Quebec location.
Pros:

This is a lovely, small hotel in a fantastic location-within walking distance to all that old Quebec has to offer. We had a superior king room that was spacious, had a fridge, great shower and a very comfortable bed. Our room overlooked a lovely park with the river just beyond. It was spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with fantastic views of Chateau Frontenac. There is a very small ( one bike and one treadmill) exercise room on the lower level which my husband took advantage of.

Cons:

The wifi was very spotty, maybe because we were on the top floor. We did mention it to the front desk and they said that they would look into it.
The fitness room didn't have any wet wipes or anything to clean down the equipment after use.
There is parking close by but we arrived late afternoon on a very busy Saturday and most of the parking garages were full so we had to drive around before finding a space in the central Hotel de Ville parking garage. This is not the fault of the hotel as I think most of the hotels in old town do not have on site parking.

L’hôtel est situé dans le vieux Québec proche de tout. Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel était souriant et disponible. L’hôtel était propre.

Cons:

Une deuxième machine à café expresso serait un plus, et dresser une deuxième zone pour le petit déjeuner, permettrait de limiter l'attente.
Enfin, les zones de déchets en attente dans l'escalier, pour ceux qui prennent l'escalier et pas l'ascenseur ne reflètent pas le niveau de qualité de l'hôtel.

Hotel charmant, confortable, extrememment bien situee, et a un prix abordable.
Un immense merci a la receptionniste qui nous a permis d'acceder a notre chambre plus tot que prevu et sans facons, et nous a ainsi permis de profiter de la ville quelques heures en plus.
