Hotel is well-located in the old city, very close to Chateau Frontenac, and facing a lovely park overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Walk to everything in the old city. Clean and offers a nice breakfast, especially the fresh, hot croissants every morning! Can definitely recommend!

Cons:

It has steep stairs into the front door, but don't be dismayed. You can come in at street level the back way. Inside there is an elevator. For those who are driving, there is only paid parking nearby (not associated with the hotel) which is about $25 a day or overnight.

Great 2 x nights stay
Pros:

Staff were great and very kind. The room was good but didn't realise the second double was a pull out- surprisingly very comfortable!!

Liked the lounge with free teas and coffees all day. Breakfast was simple but good enough as included.

Location was great, across the park and view of river. It's on the hill so do be mindful if travelling with elderly folk.

Cons:

The gym was pretty small, no windows and quite stuffy. Appreciate it was functional though. Could have done with a yoga mat...but again, it did the job.

Amazing.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent especially the croissants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to explore the old city. Walked everywhere.

Cons:

The stairs in the front are a little difficult with luggage but there is a back entrance that is easier.

Great location and fabulous breakfast!
Pros:

The location was incredibly good. It was close to places we wanted to see and there were many restaurants close by. We especially liked the availability to a breakfast.

Cons:

While the room was as described I found the Murphy bed uncomfortable and retrictive since it was hard to push up and down and when left down took u a lot of space. There was not any good place to be able to open up our suitcases so they had to be left on the floor.

A great hotel in a fantastic location. I would stay again
Pros:

It was in a great location, my only criticism would be that I wasn’t made aware that there was a rear entrance which was on one level. My taxi dropped me at the front which has a very steep set of stairs, I was lucky that the taxi driver carried my case up for me as I would not have been able to. Had I known about the back entrance I could have asked the taxi to drop me there.

Cons:

As I’ve previously stated, tell your guests to gain access via the rear entrance. The front entrance is not user friendly for those with heavy luggage.

Posizione in centro perfetta
Pros:

Hotel con aspetto storico all'esterno e molto moderno all'interno. Vista su Chateau Frontenac soprattutto dal rooftop dove consigliamo di andare. Staff cordiale. Colazione forse un po' spartana, ma gustosa.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato la camera a 27 gradi (in ottobre) con i piumini sul letto ed è stato necessario usare l'aria condizionata per riuscire a dormire
