Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt optimale Lage, Personal sehr freundlich

Tolle Lage in Vieux Québec, gemütliche Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Château Frontenac

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr beengt, Housekeeping muss vorab angemeldet werden, leider keine Parkmöglichkeit beim Hotel vor allem für größere Autos

Perfect place to stay away from crowds but still close to everything we wanted to do.
Pros:

Great location with nice big room and bathroom. Very clean. Staff was warm, friendly and very helpful. Loved it and would stay again.

Cons:

Our room was quite dirty. The shelves and window shelf were covered in dust, even on the top of the mirror. It was the smallest room in the hotel, and we had to use every inch of space to hang clothes or stack them. To make matters worse, we stayed for six nights, and by the end, the floor was so dirty that we had to use towels to stand on. The breakfast consisted of microwaved pancakes and quiche, with boiled eggs occasionally. The pastries were still almost frozen, so we basically ate cold cereal every morning. Took video of the breakfast but couldn’t upload it. All in all we would stay again but would not pay for the breakfast and get a larger room.

Bel hôtel bien situé au coeur du vieux Québec. La chambre était au calme. Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une salle trop petite et n'est pas très varié.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Quebec
Pros:

Die Lage in Quebec ist einfach unschlagbar. Mitten in der Stadt, so kann man gut alles zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Auto in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus parken, was super war. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
