Muchísimos puntos de mantenimiento pendiente, filtraciones de agua, cajas eléctricas sueltas, griferia manchada y oxidada, siliconas sueltas y cortadas, hay mucho que mantener

La vista.

Al arribar al hotel en mi vehículo,me indicaron que había estacionamiento,ingrese en mi camioneta que es grande hasta el último piso del subterráneo y no había donde estacionar,tuve que salir varios pisos marcha atrás,pudiendo chocar con otros vehículos que iban bajando y les paso lo mismo.
No tuve televisión con smart TV ,siendo que escogí el hotel por ello,iba con mi hija pequeña.
En el baño había una especie de plaga de tipo escarabajos,informe a recepción y me dijeron lo vamos a revisar y por ultimo la habitación 307 tenia la puerta del balcón con fallas,la primera noche llegamos a las 23 hrs por lo que reclamar ese punto era nulo,dormimos con la puerta junta,al otro dia lo mismo,cero empatía con los pasajeros,solicite cambio de habitación y me dijeron que no habia,no me quede con esa respuesta y revise en Booking y si habían disponibles.
Es lamentable que un hotel de esta cadena funciones así y lo digo porque me he hospedado en otro lugares sin inconvenientes.
