Very disappointing experience. I was sitting outside to place an order and waited for almost 30 minutes, but none of the staff came to take it. The security guard kept calling the suppliers, yet no one showed up. The only person who apologized was the security guard.
What was even more surprising was that the manager was present and seemed to be watching the situation but did nothing. I have never seen such an irresponsible attitude from management. Guests should be treated with respect and attention.
The only person who showed professionalism was the security guard. Honestly, the staff and management should learn from him.
Because of this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and attitude toward guests.

They said airport transfer was unavailable because their car broke down. The also had my order wrong. I asked for seafood Singapore noodles and they brought combination Singapore noodle

l espace fumeur pourrait etre mieux amenagé de maniere a permettre une isolation parfaite de la zone non fumeur.

A nice place to stay with both Indian and Chinese cuisine. Also the staff were very good. Spacious Rooms as well.
Nothing much
The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower pressure/temperature was excellent (aka high and warm), and breakfast was very good: a mix of local food (rice, beans, fish stew and vegetarian option) and western food (bread, some cereal, coffee, milk, jam, tea, and fruits [pineapple and watermelon]). The highlight of the place is the people / staff. They were amazing, very kind, helpful, and proactive with all my questions, as well as recommending me places to visit in Kumasi (I went to the Zoo and the Palace). Big kudos to Abraham, Samuel, Nancy and Bright! Thank you for all the help and twi lessons.
The only minor issue is that the glass door in the shower room leaked a bit of water out of the shower. The restaurant options were amazing (Chinese and Indian menu), the Indian chicken I had was excellent. However, it would be nice to have some options of local Ghanaian food in the menu to make it easier for foreigners like me (e.g. I chose going to Kumasi City mall for dinner, so I could eat local food).
The stay was sensational. I booked the junior suite and it was one of the best suites I’ve stayed in. The price for the 2 nights I spent was really affordable too! The staff are very proactive to ensure you are well looked after which is a great feeling to have. Even upon checking out, I had an early flight so I requested if I could have breakfast earlier than the actual start time of breakfast. The breakfast was made for me without hassle which was much appreciated.
