Mycket bra hotell med fantastisk personal och ett mycket bra läge.
Inne på hotellområdet är det en lugn atmosfär och när man kliver ut så hamnar man mitt i Kata Beachs centrum med allt vad det innebär.
Hotellet har den där sköna känslan av Thailand, inte för modernt eller tillgjort.

The waiters for breakfast very friendly helpful i asked on the 24th if thay could dress up in Christmas hats a clothing. Thay went one better and dressed as father Christmas with a big bag of sweets for the kids. And in the back ground Christmas music. Fabulous.

From the cleaner up to management the staff was amazing the rooms was cleaned every day so relaxing pool was clean and warm plenty areas and sunbeds available 3 mins walk to amazing kata beech 20 seconds from kata market and surrounding shops and amenities would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Thailand, at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. We chose to come back here as it suited our needs. It was close to everything, the pool access rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
On our return journey I unfortunately slipped and broke my knee cap. The staff couldn't have been more helpful over the next few days when I was incapacitated. They really helped make a very uncomfortable situation so much more pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next visit to Thailand.

Only they don’t have a cloth washing service, but indicated a shop 50m away who did it nicely.

Quick walk to the gorgeous Kata beach and great stalls for amazing food

Affordable, no frills hotel in a good location. We received an upgrade to one of the larger room, but this meant we didn’t have a pool access room. Nonetheless, we were happy with more space.

The hotel overall seems old and has its damages, it could do with a lot of refurbishment. Maybe the hotel closed down during covid and is in the progress of bringing itself back to glory. It is also hard to find for some taxi drivers and could do with better signage.

One key notes I’d make aware to future guests about the hotel and the overall area is the heavy influence and migration of Russians since the beginning of their political conflicts which has led to a major lack of diversification in tourists, and the saturation of the local Thai presence and feel.

The hotel staff were friendly, especially Tong who met us, learnt our names and was very helpful during our stay.

This hotel is great. Friendly staff, clean and great location. Close to the beach. Cleaning staff do an excellent job. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The people were extremely friendly and the room was wonderful poolside. Conveniently Located across from the beach and right behind a wonderful market. I can't thank the staff enough for the wonderful job that they did. I wanted to tip all of them but there were so many of them I would have gone home broke

We really liked the property unfortunately half of the property is shut down due to covid the staff is super nice and very courteous did everything we asked them. I just wish more people visit this property help them out. I would certainty visit this property again.the best part of this property is just minutes walk from Kata beach.

Great staff. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful!

My only concern was that the Wi-Fi service was not very reliable as the connection was sometimes hard to get or dropped off every 15 seconds or so.

Bra hotell, fint på hotellet. Bra med marknadsmat utanför. Trevlig personal förutom vid incheckningen. Utcheckning smidig men debiterades för ett glas som gått sönder (vilket kan vara okej men det kändes lite löjligt med 50bath för ett litet glas som inte kostar i närheten av det. Jag undrar om man debiteras samma ifall ett glas går sönder under frukosten. Sammanfattningsvis vi är nöjda med hotellet, läget, rummet och större delen av personalen.

Vi var en familie på 7. Fra 12 år til 74 år. Greit hotell og sentralt. Ok, hotellfrokost. Hotellet ligger 4 min fra Katastranden. Foran hotellet er det et matmarked hvor du får kjøpt Thaimat. God mat og ingen ble syke. Stranden er fin, men lite med solsenger.

Super dejligt hotel.
Rigtig fin pool og lækker morgenmadsbuffet.
