Cons:

Only 1 or 2 staff members spoke good English. The rest of the staff members struggled to understand simple requests when ordering from the menu which made it confusing and frustrating especially when dinner is not cheap. Little things like coffee and tea in the room would go a long way for great service and the midnight until 4am night club music was annoying. Otherwise fabulous

A Heavenly Experience
Pros:

This was without doubt one of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Everyone one of the team were amazing and go way above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing. I will not list names but front desk, dining room, pool bar, housekeeping and maintenance - all were amazing. Beautiful views over the bay and lovely pool area. Breakfast amazing as was dinner. Great location. Beds turned down every evening and goodies left on bed. All the team wear traditional Brazilian dress and simply glide around the hotel. Excellent location. If you want beach, take Uber to Rock A beach bar. 5 minutes. Lovely loungers and great food.
Highly recommended from my wife and I and by far the best hotel in our stay in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.

We had a very nice stay at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa. Everything was good, fair, and well taken care of throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the staff , they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel like family from the beginning. Their warm and welcoming service really made the experience special. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Cons:

The main downside is that the rooms and bathrooms feel quite small for the price. The bathroom also feels a bit old, especially the shower, which could definitely use some renovation. Another issue is that the windows do not fully close properly, so outside noise comes through. If the hotel were cheaper, these points would not be a major problem, but for the price, we expected a better standard.

A experiência inicia desde a entrada, ao check in na recepção, welcome drink na Piscina e quando chegamos ao quarto… que sonho! Que vista! Tudo organizado nos mínimos detalhes… finalizando a noite com uma cama prontinha para um sono espetacular.

Gem within Buzios! A must stay
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel’s breathtaking views over the bah are truly amazing — especially at sunset from the pool area.

Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and clean. The attention to detail throughout the property, from the decor to the service, reflects the care and pride the team puts into creating an exceptional experience.

A very special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — always ready with a smile. Big shout out to the breakfast staff as the menu and options were some of the best we have ever had.

Casas Brancas is truly a gem in Búzios. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for elegance, tranquility, and world-class hospitality.
