Stayed for 1 night, staff were very friendly and all attractions were near by.

Isla Mujeres is a tiny island with many choices. Ive been coming here for 18 yrs. I needed a ladt minute room for a friend visiting. This hotel is in a PRIME location! The rooms are clean & very comfortable. The hotel itself is a disaster & poorly run. Xmas deco in February. Laundry, waterbottles, towels everywhere. Extremely rude staff. Balcony & stair railings broken. There is a reason that they were 3/4 empty at the peak of the season.

Pros:

Great stay (overnight). Good air conditioning (quiet).
Staff were great, friendly and always smiling.
Small balcony off room, 2 double beds, refrigerator, small bathroom with a large shower (shower head could use a tightening or replacement - water spraying over)
Quiet location, close to board walk.

Pros:

The property has an excellent location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The check in and check out process was easy. The only downside was the low water pressure. Otherwise, will probably stay again.

The bed is good, Hotel is as beautiful as a house

Cons:

The Room doesn't have internet, the hallway doesn't have IC, They don't have towels, and they look very bad I can not put my face in these towels looking like an old dirty bathmat..The employees are NOT friendly including the Manager, They talk very negatively about guests. There are two big Dogs that I must care about when I walk on Halway so as not to step on them because they lying on the way and showing teeth to me..I did not feel welcome with my American Passport ...

Pros:

A wonderful little hotel in an excellent location near market, golf cart rental, numerous restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. The front rooms were noisy at night, but with ac, no problem. I definitely would stay there again.

Hidden fees, shady operation, beware
Pros:

BEWARE, hidden charges. Hotel manager tried to charge me extra for "local environmental fee" and when I disputed it stating I paid on hotels.com he said it was a separate charge. Extortion is what it is, when I agreed to pay it because I was tried and hot, attempted to use credit card and he said it would be DOUBLE the fee. Scam, should be removed from site. I would never stay here. Did I mention the scruffy dog that came out in the lobby to bark at us? What a joke of an operation. Stay far away!
