Hotel bien placé, navette pour aller à la plage gratuite , animations très bien , alimentation variée
Je pense que cette hôtel aurait besoin d un petit rajeunissement

I booked this hotel last minute for a birthday getaway with my partner — we’re both in our late 30s.
The hotel is mostly French-dominated, followed by Spanish guests, with English visitors being the minority. It’s very family-orientated, the animation team work extremely hard and bring a great energy from morning till night. There’s always something happening from 10am until midnight: tennis, French bowls, gym, pilates, yoga, board games, darts, and football.
There are three outdoor pools — one deep, one medium, and a shallow kids’ pool with a big smiley face and a mini water park & one indoor pool. There’s also a gym, a children’s playroom, and a kids’ club.
The jacuzzi was unfortunately switched off, when I enquired about the spa, I was told it hasn’t been open since 2020, which was disappointing as would have been handy during a rainy day
Food-wise, there’s plenty of variety and something for everyone, including drinks — we enjoyed the meals overall. The hotel was clean and well-kept, though we did occasionally find cups or plates not properly cleaned during dinner service.
Rooms are small but modern and comfortable.
Location-wise, it’s quite remote, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach (about a 10-minute drive), which is a great touch.
Overall, I’d recommend this place. It’s not fancy, but it’s friendly, active, and has a great atmosphere. Perfect if you just want to switch off and be looked after for a few days.
Visited October 2025 with my partner. We are both in our 40s. Just to give you an idea of who is writing this.
This is a hotel predominantly booked by French. So most entertainment and staff speak French and Spanish.
Pros:
Room is basic but clean
Bed was comfortable.
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan will keep you cool. Or extra duvets in cupboard if you need a little warmth.
Our room was on back of hotel, so balcony quiet.
Food was ok, wide variety.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Free bus to beach provided. Easy to book via a QR code on reception.
Coffee is good!
Cons:
It is like a cross between an old people’s home and a 60s/70s holiday camp. We were definitely one of the youngest here.
The hotel is vast, but there were so many areas unused. So it is almost creepy in some areas.
It’s outdated. Rooms have small flimsy keys and doors are paper thin. No additional lock inside room door, so does feel quite unprotected.
Pool is freezing But that may be seasonal. It is clean and plenty of sun beds.
Evening entertainment is cringey. Shame as entertainment team work very hard and do better activities during the day if you’re into it.
The bar is crazy. It’s all inclusive but tiny. Often with only one person serving. So queues get long! It’s also the only place you can get a coffee other than at breakfast.
Drinks are cheap local spirits. You pay extra for branded. After 11pm you have to pay for all drinks if you want a late one.
One restaurant. It’s like a zoo! And I’ll agree with others it’s not the cleanest. Also found a lot of fruit was rotten. It’s also dated and has a vibe of an 80s staff canteen. Advice, sit outside if you can, but there’s not many tables available.
Nothing else nearby. So nowhere for a stroll.
WiFi is non existent in the room.
Nada
Monotonne jedzenie.
We’re currently staying at this hotel and wanted to share our experience so other guests can be aware. The hotel itself is lovely — great location, nice staff, and beautiful surroundings — but unfortunately, our wallet was stolen from our room during our stay.
After speaking with other guests and locals, we’ve learned we’re not the only ones — several people have mentioned items going missing recently, which is really concerning.
We’ve reported it straight away, but the matter still hasn’t been resolved, and we’re disappointed with the lack of clear communication or support so far.
We’re still here now and trying to make the best of our holiday, but it’s taken the shine off what could have been a great experience.
If you’re staying here, please keep valuables with you or locked securely, and double-check your room security. Hopefully management addresses this seriously — it’s a lovely place that just needs stronger guest protection and follow-up when things go wrong.
Honest review, just returned.
Booked 2 rooms for 2 single ladies, one of the rooms allocated was more like a cupboard, hardly room to walk around. Given a different room the following night.
Pros: room kept clean daily. Reception staff lovely, in particular EMI, who was very caring and lovely. Animation team work very hard.
Cons:
Overflow and tap areas in the bathrooms unclean. Quite a lot of black mildew. Restaurant quite dirty, not enough staff, customers clearing their own plates and setting own tables. Spillages not cleaned, plates and cups dirty, coffee is a work up, 3 machines probably own one ever working and very slow, spillages off putting around the machines. Breakfast cereals spilled every where. Food lacking taste and cold. Small black flies around the Italian food area.
Outside toilets smelly and dirty.
Pool bar queues always very long. Chairs in the public areas covered in bird mess.
This hotel has so much potential, it is in huge grounds with some endearing features. It is a lot further from the port/beach than portrayed. There are some lovey indoor areas that are under used.
Management need a good shake up, particularly in the restaurant. One buffet restaurant is not enough for the amount of customers. Tables are set like a canteen and quite impersonal. Food is mass produced offering similar foods and standard daily. Food sits around a long time. Impossible some days to even get a coffee.
Staff inattentive, it’s every man for himself.
Porto Cristo is lovely, had some lovely food at the Port.
Wouldn’t go back unless it is drastically improved.
When we 1st arrived , we were shown where to go, as we had a bungalow. The assistant said 'down there' it was dark almost midnight. Very little lighting. Got to a row of bungalows no lighting. Got inside and ants galore we're walking up our legs !!! Next day we got moved. But to more ants coming out of the ceiling! Landing in the bath, and etc.
Seems like the cleaners don't do a deep clean either!
The food very basic and very tasteless. If you fancy a hot drink with your lunch or dinner, that's a no no.
Cakes were lovely though!
Free shuttle to the beach every half hour , which is bonus.
I won't be returning!
We tried to cancel this hotel after reading lots of negative reviews, but it was too close to our holiday to do so. Here’s our honest experience:
Pros
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Animation team were welcoming but not pushy — you could join in or just relax.
Nightly entertainment (9:30 pm by the bar) was well organised. We had two “guest acts” during our 8-night stay — a magician and flamenco dancers.
Restaurant had a good choice overall.
Three lovely adult pools and a shallow kids’ pool & always plenty of sunbeds — even in the afternoon, no need to reserve!
Snack bar by the pool served burgers, pancakes etc. in the afternoons.
Self-serve zero fizzy drinks and water at the bar (tip: take your own beaker, as they only provide small paper cups during the day unless you’re having alcohol).
Pool towel hire available (€10 deposit, refunded on departure, towels changed every 3 days).
In-room safe (extra charge).
Hotel overall very clean, though sometimes plates and cutlery in the restaurant were dirty.
Free daily shuttle to Porto Cristo — easy to book via QR code at reception.
Caves of Hams well worth a visit, only a 10-minute walk down hill from the hotel.
Air conditioning in rooms (included) – fantastic, really easy to use and had a “quiet” setting if you wanted to leave it on overnight
Cons
Evening pool bar (the only bar open) always had long queues — a bit of a pain having to time it right.
Outdoor chairs under the trees often had sap or bird droppings — just check before sitting down.
Very noisy rooms — doors slam shut loudly (likely fire doors) and the walls are thin. We could even hear our neighbour snoring each night.
Predominantly French guests. Not a problem for us, but if you’re hoping to socialise with other Brits you may feel out of place. We also found some guests quite rude (pushing in queues etc.).
Coffee machines in the restaurant very slow, with queues as long as the pool bar! & only available during restaurant hours.
Location feels a bit isolated unless you go into Porto Cristo.
Overall: A clean, friendly hotel with good pools and plenty of sunbeds, but let down by noise, queues, and its remote location. Fine if you’re after a simple break, but not somewhere we’d rush back to.
This was advertised as a 4* hotel, but to start with the rooms. No kettle to make your own hot drinks. Not enough toiletries (not even the cheap one liquid does all) except a small bar of soap by sink and shampoo (not body wash). The spa was closed. The gym not air-con and minimal equipment.
The food was plain and simple, the odd dish that had a sauce was tasteless and bland. No variety really. Desserts were same gateaux and jellies. Everything was 'cheap', like the quality of yogurt or the cut of meat. The coffee machine was for breakfast use only, so you couldnt have a hot drink with lunch or dinner.
Coffee was served at one bar where the majority of times only one person serving. Alcohol was rough! But no option to purchase a bottle of wine etc.
Now, the good things. The pools were good and there were enough beds to be able to get one throughout the day. The staff were friendly - mainly French speaking, but that didn't matter. The shuttle bus was good (grumpy driver but hey, we didn't need to speak to him).
We had a restful week, which is what we went for, just a few tweaks and the hotel could be better.
I am giving this hotel a very low rating due to the standard of food and drinks ,, and hospitality,, the selection is so poor and all drinks are out of a machine ,, fresh juice is squash basically watered down awful !!!
Room service just beds were made and changed and towels but rubbish not taken away !!
This seriously needs to improve especially with food and drinks ,, no kettles in room to make a drink I just found the rating of this hotel being what it is are false hopes and expections,, unfortunately we won't be arriving to this hotel again due to the above
Yes the reviews you’ve already read suggest this a predominantly French guest hotel, however there are dozens of different European guests also staying here and the staff do speak very good English in the main.
We encountered no difficulties understanding the hotel and what was on offer each day which included entertainment throughout the daytime and into the night. The free shuttle to Porto Cristo was great and not restricted at all, just pick the time you want to go and come back and be there on time and you’ve got no problems, the QR code by reception to use this service works really well and you can select English to make its use even easier.
Food was good with a decent selection to keep everyone happy, we did eat out at Porto Cristo a few times to break up the holiday as with only one restaurant it can be a bit repetitive.
Sun-beds were excellent in quality and there is plenty of them with virtually no one needing to get up early to reserve them, not once did we have any trouble getting our spot each day.
The hotel is very clean throughout, our only gripe which echos some other reviews are the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed and we had some very noisy neighbours check in on our last night.
Stay: friends trip, last week of August, we are European living in the UK, booked with TUI :)
Check-in/Reception: we arrived quite late after dinner time was finished (at 9.30pm), but the lady at reception was very kind and efficient and directed us to some food left in the restaurant. Generally, the reception staff were very kind and helpful and even offered us towels on our last day, as our pickup time was post lunch, so we could still enjoy some pool time and shower before leaving, even if we checked out early in the morning.
Room: we had a double room with two single beds. comfortable and clean. the bathroom shower was a bit outdated, and we noticed the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. upon reporting this to reception they were again very kind and they sent us later a bottle of prosecco to apologise for the inconvenience. The AC worked well, and the balcony had a nice view, towards the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. The AC doesn't work if the balcony door is open, so that was quite a neat set-up! The walls are quite thin so during quiet hours you can hear people in the hallways or in the other rooms, but overall, we weren't bothered by it.
Food: breakfast is served until 10am, which is nice, if you want to have a bit of a lie in in the morning. The bread was always fresh which was lovely. A big variery of food, and the Spanish night was particularly great. I think there is something to eat for everyone, and the waiters are doing their best to clear up tables, although some of them are more polite than others. Sometimes the glasses weren't super clean, you could tell they were just shoved in the dishwasher and maybe that didn't clean them very well. Overall I'd rate the restaurant a 7-8/10 depending on the day because there is a lot of food variety and it's hard to get bored. The food is very European, so don't expect fish & chips or other UK best sellers.
Facilities: there are 3 pools, one of which is for children, never felt too crowded. There is also a gaming room, small arcade games, pool table, table tennis etc. A shower room next to the gaming room, and an outdoor shower that worked a bit meh next to the pool. Bring cash for renting beach towels. Plenty of sun lounges, so it's quite hard not to find a spot by the pool. Plenty of chairs and tables indoors to chill if you had enough of the sun. There's a tennis court as well, and you can take out games and rackets from the little hut next to the pools. The pool bar is great as well, they offer snacks during the day like burgers, hot dogs, pancakes etc.
Entertainment: I think this is where this hotel shines really :) The entertaintment team is made up of 6-7 young people who organise on the daily activities such as: riffle shooting, archery, dance classes, aqua aerobics, quizzes, sangria making lessons, volley ball etc. They also do a lot of line dancing in the evenings and try to get everyone involved. Luis & the team are great!! Special shout out to Audrey and Jeremy :)
The people and atmosphere: it's a very European atmosphere and the main language spoken in the hotel as well as the activities is French. Even though we weren't French speakers, we found the staff made an effort to speak at most times in French, English and Spanish. During the activities we were involved in they always tried to also speak English and the rest of the guests who were French also made an effort to include us and were generally very kind. People love sitting at the tables outside the stage and getting involved in the evening activities, which was nice to see. There are many children, but they were so well behaved and friendly :) So yes, you will end up learning some French, but why would that be a problem? I feel like we probably would've made some good friends if we spoke more French, but maybe next year :)
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. It is exactly what you'd expect from a 4 star all-inclusive. Food was varied and of a satisfactory standard. Nothing mind-blowing. Our room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a large balcony. The hotel's highlight is definitely the pools: there are three and a children's splash zones. We never struggled to get a sun bed and despite going in peak season, the pools were never too crowded. The animation team were also great! They worked exceptionally hard and provide great entertainment both at night time and during the day. The only downside is the location: there is not a lot going on outside of the town. However, there is a free bus into Porto Cristo (a small fishing village) and you can get buses from there to other places (such as Calla Millor or S'illot). The hotel was great for a relaxing holiday, but might not be for you if you want something more lively. The main language at the hotel is French, but there are still lots of English families there and all of the entertainment is in both languages.
We book for August 2025 to take our three girls first time abroad. We were appauled by this hotel. From ant infestions and having to ask for rooms to be cleaned, restaurant food being raw and just not at a 4 star level and hotel not being cleaned properly with poolside not being cleaned properly, dirty drink cups being left out on tables from day before. Finally, the facilities are outdated, not looked after properly and closed. The lobby bar was closed, couldn't get a coffee anywhere and games room was outdated and not used.
A bit of praise for the spanish man in maintenance who just couldn't do enough for us.
