L emplacement était parfait surtout pendant le weekend du Carnaval
Oufffff que c est sale 🤦♀️L' entree, les marches, le corridor, la chambre, la douche manquent définitivement de nettoyage. Il y a aussi des rénovations qui devrait ss faire. Les murs, la plaques de ventilation etc...
Logement insalubre, vétuste et personnel n’ayant aucune parole
Infestation de fourmis, logement sale, personnel de menteur
Surtout l'emplacement, à proximité de TOUT.
Petit champlain, boutiques, restaurants.
Arrivant en train tôt, on avaient besoin d'entreposer les bagages avant le check-in de 16h. Plusieurs jours avant j'ai appelé à l'hôtel, j'ai envoyé des courriels pour demander si l'entreposage était possible et je n'ai jamais eu de retour, ni d'appels, ni de courriel.
C'est un peu difficile d'avoir un contact avec le personnel.
C'est un vieux bâtiment, donc, c'est normal que l'isolation soit minime.
Petit déjeuner bien. Emplacement très agréable.
Côté TV besoin d’un mode d’utilisation, nous avons réussi à la faire fonctionner après plusieurs tentatives.

L’employée à la réception n’était pas du tout accueillante . Quand on est arrivés, elle a passé un commentaire sur la quantité de bagages qu’on avait, laissant sous-entendre qu’on en avait trop. Quand on est allé la voir pour lui laisser savoir qu’on n’avait pas de savon à mains dans notre chambre, elle n’a pas tenté de trouver une solution. Les draps étaient sales: on a trouvé des cheveux sur les taies d’oreiller et dans elles draps à notre arrivée.

Chambre était sale, climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas, aucune stationnement, personne à la réceptionne pour nous aider, et ils ont manqué les serviettes pour ma conjointe… $250 est bien trop à payer pour tout ca
C'était correct
Franchement l'hôtel très salle, pas de chauffage, 3 nuits pas de ménage fait ni changement des serviettes. Le lit kc ,la télé ne fonctionne pas.
Personne a la réception pour réclamer ils viennent a 14h puis a 19h ya plus personne une très mauvaise expérience pas a renouveler ni a conseiller a mon entourage
Tout a améliorer c'est pas possible qu'on trouve encore a Québec se genres d'établissement insalubre c'est pas une image pour le Québec franchement je suis très très dessus, est surtout en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels ou je suis séjourner moins cher que eux mais 10 fois mieux incomparable merci de le retirer de votre site ça inspiré pas confiance
the internet was fast. the breakfast included was also good. great location
the bed was too stiff, had a really bad sleep. No hotel parking, we had to park elsewhere and walk for 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Also the coffe machine in the room didn't work.
This building was right in old quebec city, close to the chateau and funicular and Christmas market. Placement was perfect. The ambience of the old building was beautiful. The room was to be expected in a building that age. Nelson, the man at front desk was fantastic with communication, the others barely spoke English and had a bit of attitude, which made it difficult to express needs. The coupons for breakfast gave us the opportunity to meet a wonderful restaurant owner snd really enjoy a great breakfast before heading out. Overall, I woukd highly recommend.

Location as good
No staff and no way to contact the staff. The glass in the door got broken out 1 night and glass was everywhere all day, I called their emergency number and after a round of voicemails prompts it hung up, 4 times. 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights, 4 towels for the entire stay, no hand soap, no water glasses, even though we asked for them when we checked in. Shower had mold. Terrible hotel, we were on the 3rd floor & I knew we had to take the stairs so that was ok.
Nice quaint room. 3rd floor room was a great size- a challenge getting suitcases up 47 steep steps but we did it!!
Dead annual flowers could have been replaced with some fall mums & pumpkins like alot of properties did.

Room was small but comfortable.
There was only one very small soap in the room, the soap dispenser in the shower/tub was empty, 2 bath towels, 2 face cloths, and 1 hand towel for 2 people on a 3 night stay and no available ironing board and iron as stated in the online amenities. There was no maid service during the entire stay which is not totally necessary for a short stay
The breakfast included at a nearby restaurant was very good. Several choices and very sufficient.
