Emplacement de choix, confort à revoir
Pros:

Emplacement incroyable avec un cachet historique. Le déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant Sagamité juste à côté, mais sur menu restreint et seulement à partir de 8h.

Cons:

Le lit était dur, la salle de bain devrait être rénovée, l'air climatisé/chauffage ne fonctionnaient pas, mais tout était propre.

Pros:

Was not what I expected. Room is very small and dirty. Tv was not working, room was not clean and super very small for 2 persons. I asked for a room on ground floor because my husband has many operation in his both legs and cannot go up the stairs easily. There is no space to put luggages. Bed is very small and old.

Good value and great location
Pros:

The location was ideal for getting around easily.
The room was basic, but had a heater as well as air-conditioning, which was good as the weather was cold. It was good value for the location.

Super beau séjour
Pros:

La chambre était confortable, le lit était confortable aussi, c’est un hôtel qui est dans le Vieux Québec donc très bien située tout près du Château Frontenac tout se fait facilement à pied , la chambre où nous étions a été rafraîchie, plancher de bois mur de brique tout était très propre. Petit frigo et 2 fauteuils complétaient la chambre. Seul bémol la salle de bain qui est petite , fonctionnelle mais qui a besoin d’être rénovée

Great location, good for the price, small and old
Pros:

Old hotel with a fantastic location. Very good for the price.

Nice Asian family that runs it though some do not speak English.

The breakfast is down the street in their sister hotel. Breakfast is sit down with 5 choices, yogurt, crepe, waffle, egg and bacon or omelette.

Cons:

Small rooms and awkward bathrooms.
Most rooms require a walk up narrow stairs.

Room light was not working when we got there.

Only give you one key per room.

Small room fridge though it didn’t actually keep anything cold and they had taken out the knob to be able to turn it up.

Breakfast would be better with fruit on the crepe and waffle and toppings like cheese and veggies on the eggs.

Emplacement proche de tout .
Chambre confortable
Possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du check out, jusqu'au moment d'aller à l'aéroport
Petit déjeuner copieux et avec du choix dans le restaurant à côté de l'hôtel avec un beau cadre

Cons:

Un peu galère d'entrée dans les immeubles de l'hôtel avec des grosses valises et de monter les escaliers. Mais en meme temps en choisissant un hotel dans le vieux Québec on savait quil faudrait monter nos bagages . Ça fait aussi son charme

Pas de distributeur savon pour la douche . Juste un petit savon à main pour 2

Pros:

L’emplacement du bâtiment.

Cons:

La chambre était minuscule et un peu malpropre. L’équipement disponible dans la chambre était inexistant. Nous n’avons même pas pu avoir des vrais verres. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Le lit était extrêmement dur. Somme toute très inconfortable et décevant. L’employée avait l’air complètement blasée. Nous ne reviendront malheureusement plus. Grand bien pour les touristes plus facile à attraper.

Cons:

スーツケースを広げるスペースはほとんどありませんでした。朝食は外にあるレストランで、しかも8時過ぎからしかできなくて、他のホテルのお客さんもいて混んでいた場合は時間はかかりました。出張で午前中に余裕はなかったので、朝食はほとんど使いませんでした。部屋掃除は5泊でもしてもらえませんでしたし、溜まったゴミの処分もしてもらえませんでした。予約した時点で、これらは知らされていないのは残念でした。

Pros:

L'emplacement est super et le petit déjeuner est dans un resto à côté tellement beau et pittoresque.. des premières nations avec la musique autochtone.

Cons:

Le lit très confortable maid le salle de bain... Est un peu vétuste..

Hôtel bien placé avec Chambre confortable. bon rapport qualité-prix mais à déconseiller aux seniors.
Pros:

L'emplacement. Le petit déjeuner . Le personnel

Cons:

L'impression d'un manque d'espace à côté des lits. La baignoire de douche qui glissait plus que la normale , sans possibilité de se tenir au mur.
J'ai conseillé aux tenanciers d'y installer des tapis antidérapants.
Escaliers en colimaçon ( avec des marches qui tournent en spirale ).
Déconseillé aux seniors.
