Good hotel

Everything is nice... except for one thing that somehow they have a lot of little cockroaches...🙄

The hotel‘s location was amazing, it was in walking distance to almost everything but also tucked away down a street away from havoc. The hotel Is also very clean. However we did have conflict during checkin regarding adding an extra bed (we sent a message regarding this matter a few weeks before checking in which the said hotel they didn’t receive) which led to myself and my sister (2 adults) to share a single bed for the first night of our stay as there was “no one” available to organise an extra bed. Another issue is that the company only gives out 1 key card per a room, which caused the three of us some more conflict when returning home at different times.

For a day in Phuket it was great

Air-conditioning is noisy.

The swimming pool was cloudy and appeared some attention.

Comfortable stay, good budget hotel. Nice breakfast included.

The hotel was convenient and walking distance to the bars and attractions. The staff were not friendly at all during check in. We also had issues with our toilet the first night and when we called the front desk, they said we will have to wait till tomorrow for asssitance. Tomorrow comes around and 10 am, we still have not receive a phone call nor update. Mind you, we were unable to use the restroom since 10 pm the night before. We than called the front desk again around 10 am and they said they will send someone, an hour gone by and nothing. They happened to fix our issue an hour and half later. Also, we needed to catch an early flight so we ask for assistance to reserve a taxi, but they said the earliest was 7 am which did not help.

Best! 2nd time there! Clean and comfortable!

It was a very clean and well run hotel! Very close to the Night Bazaar on both sides and a close walk to the beach. I would stay there again! We certified in the PADI Open Water Course for All4Diving and that was close to the hotel as well!

It was great, I love phuket.
The only suggestion I would make is new balcony chairs. The sun damage gets white chalk on your pants when sitting.

This hotel is in a great central position but if you are a beach lover it is about a eight to ten minute walk to patong beach. Close to Jungceylon shopping centre and very close to the Banzaan market where it is a seafood lovers paradise at night time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are quite large and very quiet at night time. There is a rooftop bar and swimming pool and a restaurant on the grand floor. The staff are just wonderful. I will definitley stay here again.

Spent 12 nights at this hotel. ...won't hesitate to stay there again apart from breakfast pretty poor breakfast buffet in my view otherwise all good

The aircond and TV always have problem during my stay and I have to change room for 3-4 times. However, room is clean.

Good location. Requested for a balcony room but didn't get. No face towels given. Shampoo and body wash has not been refilled since the day we check in

A bit of trouble with the bathroom but it was soon sorted out

First of all there are 3 Hemingways hotel in Patong. Our cab dropped us at the wrong hotel. We had to walk to our hotel which was nearby.

So take note of this.

Buffet breakfast was good for us as they served local dishes too.

It is nearby alot of eateries and convenient store.

There is Bazaan Food Village where you can purchase live seafood and then proceed upstairs to have it cooked. Make sure you bargain when you buy your seafood.

It is nearby Robison Mall with lots of eateries as well

Visit the ice cream and pancake store opposite Lucky 13 cafe. Speciality: ice cream made from scratch with a choice of fresh fruit like mangoes for 80 baht.

Setback you need to walk about 10mins plus to the beach.

Overall good location and nice hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay for 14 days. We were made feel welcome straight away. Staff always with a welcoming smile - restaurant (good tasting Thai food), reception (acknowledged us all the time), thank you to housekeeping always smiling and nothing is an effort, roof top pool and bar (perfect at the end of the day) cocktails were perfect and good prices.
I will have no reluctance in recommending Hemingsway Silk to any traveller.
