Un beau séjour près du fleuve
Pros:

Bel accueil. La chambre propre et confortable avec vue sur le parc. On est juste à côté du Château Frontenac alors près de tout. Le matin nous avons regardé Le Soleil se lever sur le fleuve. Vraiment magnifique. Bien hâte d’y retourner

Le bruit de la fan dans la salle de bain, épouvantable. C’est la seule chose

Enjoyable till I fell.

The staff were great.

Cons:

Need to mark the small .lip going into the parlor. I tripped going into the room and hurt my face and knee. This is a lawsuit waiting for you. I am lucky I didn't break anything. It took 2 gentlemen to get me up off the floor. Please mark the lip, it might be small, but it's dangerous.

Do not stay here. Reviews are false
Pros:

Not much. Arrived at 8pm and couldn't get in door locked and no one on reception. Tried buzzing..very crackly voice. Finally got in. No elevator or staff to help with luggage. Room ghastly. Floor boards lifting paint missing and walk out balcony dreadful...peeling paint, broken furniture and broken construction. Cost us $356.00 for one night. Daylight robbery. Do NOT stay here.

Amazing location. We were able to walk around old Quebec City. Next door to the beautiful Chateau Frontenac and so close to all the major attractions.

Cons:

Like an old building it had its issues but it was comfortable and had everything we needed.
