Great stay, we love the location. Will request 1st floor next time
Pros:

The location was perfect. You are right in the action of the old city part. Tons of restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes walking.

Cons:

If you don't like stairs, then stay away. No elevator here. Parking at a local garage si $24 for the day. No in-and-out privilages either.

Pros:

Location cannot be beat.

Cons:

Lacked cleanliness in places like ceilings and walls (very dusty and cob webs). Bed and bathroom were clean.

C'était vraiment sympa !
Pros:

La vue! C'était confortable et j'aime l'accès à une machine à espresso au rdc et à café dans la chambre!

Cons:

Il y a des spots de plâtre non peint, ça fait un peu bizarre... Et aussi, il n'y a pas de tapis d'entrée pour les bottes.

Second time staying here and we absolutely loved it. Will definitely be coming back!
Pros:

Love where’s it’s at. Perfect walking distance from everything we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Only thing I’d suggest is a plastic disposable liner for the shower curtain because there were stains on the bottom of ours.

Pros:

Ideal proximity to the Frontenac castle and the main attractions of old Quebec. Clean and fairly comfortable room, welcoming staff. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

I would not recommend bringing large/heavy suitcases as there are no elevators.

La chambre n'était pas comme les photos annoncé sur la réservation, la chambre avec des toiles d'araignée, les murs etait vraiment pas propre les lits mal fait et en plus une alarme incendie c'est déclenché a 10h45 ce matin dans notre chambre et après avoir averti l'employé d'attendre 2 minutes car nous étions nu et qu'il n'avait aucune incendie, il a quand même ouvert la porte. Jai du caché mon sexe avec mes mains.

Bien mais voir les commentaires pour l hôtel j’ai pris photos de la salle de bain mais sur mon cell

Emplacement était parfait lieu etc pour la chambre c’était propre mais à besoin de rénovation salle de bain laisse
A désirer moisissures sur les plinthes ( noirci ) et en arrière de la toilette aussi douche vieillotte à besoin d’être
Changée peu d espace pour le lavabo pour nos accessoires miroir trop haut dans la salle de bain peinture défraîchi
En résumé ça besoins de travaux de rénovations et de changement Aucun verre pour boire de l eau dans la chambre et très peu de papier hygiénique
Sinon le lit était très confortable et draps très propre on avait chambre 102
