NO PERSONNEL AVAILABLE - FOUND THE DOOR LOCKED - ONCE IN WE WERE TOLD (AFTER CALLING A NUMBER POSTED) SOMEBODY WILL COME AT 1:00 TO CHECK US IN - NOBODY DID ! (WHEN CALLED TWICE LATER NO ANSWER AND NOBODY ANSWERED OUR VOICE MESSAGE EVER !) WE COULD NOT EVEN USE THE TOILET AS THERE IS NOT OTHER IN THE ROOMS ! WE TOOK OUR STUFF BACK IN THE CAR AND CAME BACK AT 4:00 - SOMEBODY WAS THERE AND TOLD US SHE WORKS 2-5 PM ! RATHER RUDE SHE CHECKED US IN - ROOMS EXTREMELY SMALL AND NOT EVEN ONE HANGER ON THE WALL TO HAND OR ENOUGH PLACE TO OPEN A LUGGAGE - INTERNET NOT WORKING - WORSE PLACE WE HAVE EVER BEING AND WE TRAVEL A LOT. YOU SHOULD NOT CARRY UNDER YOUR ORGANIZATION SUCH PLACES - ADD TO ALL THIS THE VERY UNJUSTIFIED COST PER NIGHT - PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING AS THE PROPERTY SITS NEXT TO A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL NEXT TO IT....AND LET PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY WILL STAY IN A GREAT PLACE - NOT SO - SORRY!

If the owner renovates the building, they will have an amazing property since the location is so good.
Pros:

Most of the area of the bedroom was very clean. Another thing is that public parking takes only 2 min to walk there.

Cons:

When my phone dropped under the mattress, I figured out that under the bed frame was dusty. And also, the building is very old and I think that need to be renovated because there are cracks in the connection between the walls in the washroom. Additionally, while walking the stairs are too noisy since they are old.

Great stay, we love the location. Will request 1st floor next time
Pros:

The location was perfect. You are right in the action of the old city part. Tons of restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes walking.

Cons:

If you don't like stairs, then stay away. No elevator here. Parking at a local garage si $24 for the day. No in-and-out privilages either.

La vue! C'était confortable et j'aime l'accès à une machine à espresso au rdc et à café dans la chambre!

Cons:

Il y a des spots de plâtre non peint, ça fait un peu bizarre... Et aussi, il n'y a pas de tapis d'entrée pour les bottes.

Second time staying here and we absolutely loved it. Will definitely be coming back!
Pros:

Love where’s it’s at. Perfect walking distance from everything we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Only thing I’d suggest is a plastic disposable liner for the shower curtain because there were stains on the bottom of ours.
