Very satisfied
Pros:

Ideal proximity to the Frontenac castle and the main attractions of old Quebec. Clean and fairly comfortable room, welcoming staff. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

I would not recommend bringing large/heavy suitcases as there are no elevators.

La chambre n'était pas comme les photos annoncé sur la réservation, la chambre avec des toiles d'araignée, les murs etait vraiment pas propre les lits mal fait et en plus une alarme incendie c'est déclenché a 10h45 ce matin dans notre chambre et après avoir averti l'employé d'attendre 2 minutes car nous étions nu et qu'il n'avait aucune incendie, il a quand même ouvert la porte. Jai du caché mon sexe avec mes mains.

Wouldn’t stay there or recommend it
Pros:

Breakfast did not exist

Cons:

No towel rack for sink. No shelves in shower. Light fixtures hanging off screws, no closet bathroom door had mold and a punched in hole. Room did not at all look like pictures on web site

Very Old hotel, furniture is really old. Needs complete renovation. The price is REALLY HIGH for the condition of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Bien mais voir les commentaires pour l hôtel j’ai pris photos de la salle de bain mais sur mon cell
Pros:

Emplacement était parfait lieu etc pour la chambre c’était propre mais à besoin de rénovation salle de bain laisse
A désirer moisissures sur les plinthes ( noirci ) et en arrière de la toilette aussi douche vieillotte à besoin d’être
Changée peu d espace pour le lavabo pour nos accessoires miroir trop haut dans la salle de bain peinture défraîchi
En résumé ça besoins de travaux de rénovations et de changement Aucun verre pour boire de l eau dans la chambre et très peu de papier hygiénique
Sinon le lit était très confortable et draps très propre on avait chambre 102

Being next door with Frontenac Castle, it's a excellent location to the old town

I would come again, and also recommend this accommodation to others.

location and ground floor accommodation

Cons:

the carpet on the first floor hallway that led from my room to the entrance hallway. It covered a slope in the floor at its far end, such that the slope could not be seen. It was a stumble issue for me, as I could not see the slope. Better not to cover that area, but highlight it with a 'caution' colour or word.

Also like the "living room" on the ground floor - a nice gathering spot to play cards or meet with others in our group.
The toilet seat was very low! Many of your guests I presume are older adults and low toilets are problematic. If you are renovating, as I was told was in the future, please consider higher toilet seats. Knees become problematic for older adults as time passes, and this change would be good for all rooms.

The television was very modern, but not at all easy for us to manage to operate. Almost impossible!

Parking secu à côté de l’hôtel
Pas plus de deux jours !

Cons:

Douche sale, rideaux de douche jaune, orange de crasse, cheveux sur les serviettes de toilettes, savon usagés dans la douche à notre arrivée ménage fait en superficiel
Nous étions dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée nous entendions les allées et venue de la réception et des passants.
