Charming Heritage Stay with Warm Hospitality with Kids!
Pros:

Our overall experience at Jonker Boutique Hotel was beyond expectations. The room and ambience are full of heritage charm, and although the hotel is housed in an old building, it perfectly captures the Baba Nyonya and classic old Melaka vibe. If you are looking for a stay with character, history, and warmth, this is definitely an excellent choice.

The hospitality was also excellent. The reception team was very helpful even before we arrived, which made the whole check-in experience smooth and welcoming. The parking area at the back of the hotel was super convenient, especially since we could simply walk to Jonker Walk at night without worrying about finding parking.

The room was comfortable, and the bathroom with bathtub was a big highlight for my two kids — they really enjoyed it! Apologies to the guests staying below us, as my kids were quite excited and kept jumping around in the room. I hope the noise was not too disturbing.

Cons:

The only thing to note is that there is no lift in the hotel. However, this was clearly stated in their Booking.com listing, so it was already expected.

only location is good and front desk services were efficient.
Pros:

Room condition is not being unkept. Aircond, and fan remote were not working....

Cons:

Shower room was dirty, sticky, shower faucet was faulty, standing shower was way too low, ended up I need to bent my body.....hand shower hose was too short, again, I need to bent......hand towels were not replaced during the second day...

The best customer service ive ever come across, was admitted to a hospital, on the day we suppose to check out, the receptionists help to extend our stay, help to assist us to find an apartment near the hotel and even arrange to transport our teenager kids to the apartment safe and sound. 3 star hotel but 10stars for them!! All done swiftly.. couldn't have done it without their help.. thank you so much!!

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Top locatie in het centrum van Melakka.
Pros:

Locatie van het hotel is top. Als je naar buiten stapt sta je direct op de Night market van Jonker street. Hotel voldoet aan de omschrijving, geen overdreven luxe maar prima. Parkeerplaats voor de huurauto bij het hotel is fijn, want een parkeerplaats vinden in het centrum van Melakka is niet eenvoudig.

Cons:

Een ontbijtmogelijkheid bij het hotel zou fijn zijn geweest, maar dat wisten we van tevoren.

Great location with a quiet room and friendly staff.
Pros:

Fabulous location, right at the end of the well known Jonker Street. Our room had a view of Jonker street and even with the Friday night market when we had the windows closed it was quiet.
Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.
Room serviced as requested.

Cons:

Take note, there is no lift so you need to be able to navigate narrow stairs with your suitcase.
Our hot water was perfect on our first night, but for the remainder of our stay for some reason it only reached luke warm. Please note that we didn’t follow up with staff to let them know.
