It’s alright for the price on normal day but not on Weekends as prices are listed on their flier.
Pros:

Needs a bit of maintenance.

Cons:

Shower tub needs minor touch up, shower curtain needs replacing & water pressure on bidet hose’s too strong.
Ceiling fan has rattling sound.
