Gostamos. Mas o café da manhã deixa a desejar… mesma coisa nos 7 dias que ficamos lá! Não mudava nada! Ovos mexidos muito cru e não tinha estilo americano como anunciado. Em nossa habitação o piso precisava urgentemente de ser trocado. Hi-fi não funciona bem! Mas no mais tudo certo, localização excepcional.

Pelo preço p hotel não vale, mas a impressão que tenho é que brasileiros se surpreendem,pois em algumas comunas de Santiago os predios são mais antigos com alto preço e quartos com carpetes, camas antigas e café da manha tudo bem mais simples que no Brasil.

O atendimento foi sensacional. Principalmente o Daniel. Sempre amistoso, educado e prestativo.

A localização do hotel é sensacional, próximo do costanera center, restaurantes, lanchonetes e McDonald’s em frente.

O pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida!! Quarto alagado, falta de toalhas, atendentes mal educados. Café da manhã sem nenhum tipo de variação…. Hotel pega turista.. o unico ponto positivo seria a proximidade do Costanera center. Região perigosa

Absolutely terrible wifi/internet. Let's you connect but simply does not work. In 2024 this is completely unacceptable, it's mandatory that there is working internet. The rest of any review is irrelevant, it would be like writing a review about a hotel without any air.

This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rest is bad news. There were no towels or bath mats in the room when we arrived. The a/c was pathetic, and Santiago is in the middle of a heatwave. The rooms get a lot of street noise, even on the 7th floor. The breakfast is mediocre - only the lady who cooks the omelettes knew how to smile. The whole facility looks tired and decaying - avoid this hotel.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.

Great location . Near restaurants, cafes , grocery stores , shopping and transportation. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Front desk personnel helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was unappetizing.

Al llegar a la habitación, se encontraba sucia, con pelos rizados, uñas y el baño sin aseo, incluso habian papel higienico dentro de la taza del baño junto con orina, por lo cual olia pesimo. Tuvimos que llamar a recepcion para informar y al dia siguiente dejar una nota a la mucama para que realizara correcto aseo.

Mi habitación estaba bien de frente a la calle y tenia mucho ruído por la noche. Pero aparte de eso estuvo todo bien. La habitación es bastante confortable.
El desayuno sigue un protocolo de covid, y se le sirve a cada uno individualmente en su mesa, lo que para mí es un punto positivo. Sin embargo, la opción de desayuno es siempre la misma: panes, mantequilla, jamón y queso. Creo que hace falta una mayor variedad u opciones más saludables como frutas y yogurth.

Fue una estadia tranquila y muy bien atendido por todo el personal del hitel

The hotel is very well located, near the subway and a lot of restaurants are surrounding the place.

We travel to Santiago 2-4 times a year and always stay in the same area. Our usual places were booked so we reserved at Torremayor. The exterior was covered to prevent vandalism due to the current civil unrest. We watch Chilean news daily so we expected that. The interior was small but as expected. All services met our standards except the bathroom. It was totally without any surfaces for personal items. The toilet paper was beyond reach while seated..., it was mounted on the opposite wall. We had to put the paper on the floor beside the toilet. Remember, there is no counter surface. We had four days of laughing.
