엘리베이터가 없다는 것이 큰 불편이고 오래된 건물이라 방음및 상태가 깨끗치 못함 그냥 하룻밤 머물다 가는 것은 괜찮지만 2-3일이상 숙박은 스트레스 받을듯

韓国人オンリーのホテルで、深夜遅く帰ってきても、廊下で大声で騒いでうるさい。また下水施設が悪いのか、小バエが部屋の中に飛んでいた。口コミでは3泊以上では、クラーク空港無料の送迎があるということで、事前にメールを送ったが、迎えに来なかった。

デラックスルームでもTV チャンネル数が6しかない。エアコンはセパレートで静かですが、103号室はレストランからの騒音がうるさく、プールサイドで夜中まで騒ぐ客が喧しい。掃除のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良かった。近場までのシャトルサービスも便利です。韓国人のゴルフ客が多いです。

여행하다 보면,사람들로 인해 상처받을 때가 많다.
그런데, 이 호텔의 모든 직원(Guard, 프론트 데스크, 사무실staff, reastaurant staff등)들은, 그 어떤 고객들에게도 미소를 잃지 않고, 행복을 안겨다 준다. 난, 그래서 벌써, 4년간, 1년에 2월과 8월, 두번, 애용하고 있다.

누구나 한번 숙박하게 되면, 그 가치를 알게 됩니다.
무엇보다 직원들의 환한 미소, 친절한 태도 등, 불만을 가질 만한 것은
하나도 없습니다. 집을 떠나면 고생이라고 하는데, 이 호텔에서는
그렇지 않습니다.

항상 이호텔을 이용합니다.
익스피디아로 예약하면 공항 픽업서비스가 불가했는데 최근엔 가능합니다. 한국 메니저에게 연락해서 공항 픽업 요청하시면 됩니다.

글고 성수기 아침 점심 저녁시간때 차량이용할때 가끔 오래걸리는 경우가 있는데 앞으로 한대 추가로 운영한다고 합니다.

여러가지로 점점 좋아지고 있습니다.

청소하는직원들이 가끔 시끄럽게 대화하는것만 고쳐지면 더 바랄게 없네요.

The blanket had several holes and very cheap. It need to be changed new.

Pretty bad smell in first room we were given but could move to another one right away.
Insufficient cable TV channels and bad reception as well...No Sports- and not even any
News channels in English available.

I am feeling very comfortable just as I am at my home.
Even though something bad happens, the staff will correct or fix very rapidly with their kindness.
I would like to recommend this hotel to all customers, especially to Koreans.
The new staff, Ms.JM IS SO KIND, and so nice to every guest.
She speaks English very fluently. Whatever you need. let her know that, and she will
help you with her best.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It's a walking distance to all the shops and bars and restaurants. The staff is extremely nice and the service excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, nice, quiet hotel. The only problem I had is that the air conditioning unit needs some work. It is quite noisy and even when turned off, I keep hearing some noise(maybe from AC unit from upstairs?) which bothered me so much I could not quite sleep so I ended up leaving the AC on all night.

Room okay for the price you are paying. More Koreans stay at this hotel than any other foreigners.

Great stuff. No elevator, room smells. Low Averege location.

Tv have Bad Signal

Internet is accessories in home.. But for me this is very important to the guest. I hope will fix it

Staft, room condition, swimming pool... Evreytings ok But not strong aircondition!!!!!!!!!!!
