All good
Pros:

The hotel fully met our expectations. First of all, we would like to highlight the excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, and the entire property was always spotless.

The food was very good, with a great variety of options available every day. A special mention goes to the bar staff, who were all friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what they do.

In particular, we would like to recognize Paweł, who is extremely approachable, positive, and always willing to help. He consistently provides outstanding service and carries out his work with true professionalism. He is a real asset to the hotel.

All of the waiters also deserve praise for their hard work, friendliness, and dedication. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return in the future.

Buona la pulizia in generale, sia delle aree comuni che della camera. Cibo al ristorante di discreta qualità, forse non troppa scelta per essere un 4 stelle. Ottima reception, sempre pronti qualsiasi informazione si chiedesse.

En general el Hotel tiene un buen plan de actividades.

Cons:

1/ Aire acondicionado sin mando a distancia por lo que las opciones son:
* Estar helado de frío.
* Estar pasando calor.
2/ Almohadas gastadas y super blandas...Pedí otro tipo de almohada y no tenían.
3/ Mucha fiesta por la noche que impide descansar.

2e fois dans cet établissement à taille humaine et c’est ce que nous recherchons.
Les animateurs sont au top, la nourriture est très variée et très bonne. 1 thème par jour et nous avons apprécié cette 1/2 pension .
