Accueil sympathique. Logement comme sur les photos. Très bien avec tout ce qu’il faut . Literie confortable. Au calme bien que proche de l’aéroport. Il est a 5 min . Bien placé pour aller à la découverte de l’île. Belle piscine dont nous avons profité mais eau froide

Nice apartment hotel. Cleaned 1-2 times a week. Perfect location near busstop, supermarket and a few restaurants. Airport is 10 min away, easily accessed with the local bus. Would stay here again 👍

W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba, aby spędzić milo urlop, otoczenie przesliczne, duzo zieleni, czysty basen. Wrócę tam ponownie.

Questa struttura è posizionata in modo tale da raggiungere sia l'aeroporto che santa Cruz in pochi minuti, comoda per raggiungere in pochi minuti la spiaggia attrezzata.

Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée.
L'hôtel est situé proche de la mer accessible à pied (10min). Aucun problème pour trouver des restaurants, café ou supérette à proximité.
La piscine de l'hôtel est de bonne taille et est entretenu tout les jours.
Les appartements sont très propre et l'ensemble des ustensile sont présent (manque simplement 1 four mais cela n'est pas handicapant)
En conclusion, très satisfait de l'hôtel !!

Decent sized Apartment with big balcony . Basic but everything you could possibly need tbh.

Nos dieron un apartamento pequeño y sin reformar, ventanas viejas de madera, TV enana, etc.
Pedimos un cambio y nos dieron un apartamento más amplio, gran TV, ventanas PVC, frigorífico amplio y baño reformado con amplia ducha.
En este apartamento todo bien.
La limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas no lo avisan claro y estás un poco al aire

Welcoming staff at reception who gave us a guide map and gave up ideas of where to visit and to eat. The room was comfortable ans spacious benefiting from a fridge freezer , 2 hobs, microwave and toaster. There were plenty of items if you wished to self cater.

There are 2 Hiperdino supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away . Free parking around the area was plentiful and some nice restaurants were to hand.

Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandeltochten en dicht tegen de luchthaven (tijdens laagseizoen valt het aantal overvliegende vliegtuigen best mee) en de hoofdstad. Op wandelafstand zijn er enkele 'zandstranden', maar het zwembad bij Los Rosales is ook een prima alternatief.

Close to restaurants, food store, and the ocean however the beach is a nice 10 min walk away.
Easy parking on the street.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Nice apartments with most stuff you need for some basic cocking.
Pool area was nice and quiet.
We would stay there again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im obersten Stockwerk mit Meerblick. Für Wintermonate ein bisschen kühl.

Friendly staff, great location, clean facilities and modern apartment that was fully equipped. no complaints - worth the money and ideal for a cheap break away.

Ottima posizione della albergo come vista bellissima.. lato cucina terrazza e vista monti mentre lato camera vista oceano.
Le pulizie venivano fatte un giorno sì e uno no,compreso cambio asciugamani.

I never did stay here. the hotel cancelled my reservation 3 days prior to my arrival stating there was an "error" in their system and no rooms were available. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I stopped by here twice when i was there but the office was never open and was only opened a few hours a week if you were lucky enough to catch them. the place was a filthy dump

I chose Los Rosales from your website because it came up in a search for dog friendly hotels in La Palma, Canary Islands. Arriving at around 11pm I was told that dogs were not welcome on the complex, which left me seeking accommodation, with my elderly dog,at almost midnight. Not at all impressed with the attitude of the staff, who clearly couldn't care less. I was left to fumble about to find a note on the door with an after hours phone number, breaking my torch in the process - so not exactly quietly. When I rang the number eventually the young man emerged from an apartment right alongside. How could he not have heard my distress since the patio window was open? Some would say this is typical Canarian attitude. Since I've been traveling the other islands over the last 8 months I know this not to be true, but so long as there is attitude like this the myth of lack of service on these islands will take a long time to die.

So, Expedia. I need a refund of the money I paid you + the €10 extra it cost me at the hotel I eventually found which I hadn't budgeted for + the cost of a broken torch. Do you have a claim form please? I appreciate this is not your fault, but you need to take this up with this client, as I have with you.
