Room and toilet clean enough to walk bare footed. Comfortable bed, enough lighting. Good view.
Food nearby. Also have self service laundromat.

Room was big and spacious. Good budget hotel, customer service was good.

For the price we paid, we really don't have any complaints. Overall the property is older and not so well maintained. The lobby features are broken, the buttons on the lift are missing, and the TV only has 3 working channels. No teaspoon provided in the room either. But the staff are friendly and try to help as much as they can. I got the hotel because it came with a gym. The gym is very comprehensive but it didn't belong to the hotel. It was a private gym. So every time you want to go to the gym, you will need to go to the lobby and one of the staff will come with you to the gym to sign you in. Kind of a hassle.

Not very accessible with a car so we had to get a grab everywhere we went. Unlikely that we would go back to the hotel.

Air con barely working. White bed linen had yellow stains on it. Room was not made up and toiletries not replenished despite asking. Stains on the wall! Basically very tired looking

This hotel has so much potential as there are not many hotels to select from. Unfortunately the maintenance and service has a lot of room for improvement.

* The room we were given has a mouldy smell. Seems like that room was not occupied for some time.
* Check in was smooth but the receptionist could be more welcoming. She was friendly but only after I initiate and engage.
* Gym is a separate entity from the hotel and we need a tag card to enter. This needs to be obtained from the reception and as advised upon check in, we can get it from the security guard if the receptionist is away. There is certainly lack of communication as the security do not know what to do.

I would say it is fairly okay hotel if you don't have a choice. It's quite convenient though the area is dark at night. Some training on service and maybe some little maintenance upgrade on the hardware will do the hotel good.

Service is less than zero - the front desk is variably manned and the evening staff cocks an attitude when you ask about it. Cleanliness is poor.

It’s saving Grace is it’s excellent gym, some pleasant staff members.

I would not advise for family vacations.

Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park after a late night out. For aircon control, only temperature can be set, but you are barred from controlling the fan speed. Reception only works till 11pm and getting good service from the front desk is non-existent. Google Maps also led me on a route that doesn't connect to the hotel, which led me on a very long return route while paying tolls twice!

Parking very confusing, lack of signage, front desk staff no heart to work, not friendly no effort to assist guest management please review staff with badly green coloured hair she is not helping at all. Fake approval template for early check in when arrived force to wait as usual check in at 3pm.

Staff helpful, chick in and out no hassle, property good maintenance, around is convincent, close to shopping mall, happy staying

Check in time was stated 9am. When I went to check in around 10 , I was told that my room was still occupied. When I told her check in time was stated 9 am, I was told that it is subjected to availability.
Making up room was also on a request basis.
Place a little run down and dirty. Toilet has brown Tom and towels and yellowish

In the night no front desk reception service. Instead using security and security sleep At the front desk

Worst hotel ever! No aircon in the lobby and corridors. No make up room service with COCKROACHES all around the rooms!!!

Not so good especially parking. The parking clamping area are confuse and did not alert by hotel. I got fined by RM50 by building management. Very bad experience

Room was good. The people at the front desk. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Stayed two nights. Room was not turned over or cleaned after the first night. That’s about my only complaint. All in all, great place to come back to after a long day. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The place is pleasant .Remember, its strictly business hotel. no breakfast , no parking and lousy tv channels.
