Great location, great rooms, great service, great breakfasts!
Pros:

You could not wish for a better location. In the centre of this bustling city, the hotel is located in a Georgian square with a central garden. Very quiet yet only a few minutes' walk from everywhere.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the beds are lovely.
Breakfast excellent with great choices.
Best of all are the staff. I knew Hull folk have a reputation for being friendly, and the staff are - they really do want to make your stay a great one.

In the heart of Hull
Pros:

The Kingston theatre hotel is a stones throw away from the New theatre Hull making it an ideal place to stay if your visiting the theatre. Its a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Hull & all its wonderful shops. The staff are really welcoming, & nothing is too much trouble. Free parking is included with your stay as is the excellent breakfast. Ive stayed here many times & have never been let down with the cleanliness of the rooms, bedding etc. Overall a fab place to stay when visiting Hull.

Great stay, fab price & location
Pros:

We had a lovey 1 night stay in this beautiful hotel. We couldn't fault a thing! From a warm welcome, a very apprieciated up grade to a great breakfast. We would definately stay again. Thankyou!

Enjoyed my stay at the Kingston Theatre Hotel and would definitely visit again in the future.
Pros:

I had an upgrade, so the room I stayed in was really excellent. The level of cleanliness was very good. I had an evening meal and breakfast and both were very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I could think of that I didn't like.

Highly recommend both hotel and restaurant
Pros:

The reception and Bar staff were so helpful with a smile . The restaurant was also very worth a visit. We had no difficulty parking

Being nit picky steps to front door. Need to change wording on greetings email so it shows can now park outside
