Excelente localização, próximo aos terminais dos vaporetos. A equipe fantástica muito gentis e sempre nos auxiliando. Foi um dos melhores atendimentos que recebemos em nossa viagem para Itália.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und freundlich mit tollen Tipps für Besichtigungen.

Cons:

Da die Fassade renoviert wird, war vorm Fenster das eingenetzte Baugerüst mit viel Staub. Daher konnten wir das Fenster nicht augmachen.

Le personnel de l accueil est très à l écoute et disponible

Cama super confortável, localização perfeita, a poucos metros da praça São Marcos e a estação de Vaporetto fica quase em frente! O café da manhã e bom, não tem exageros mas não faltou nada.

Pros:

The hotel is really close to the stop Arsenale, to piazza San Marco. The staff is helpful. The breakfast selection is good (from salted to sweet foods).

Cons:

The shower cabin is very small ( or maybe I’ m very high). The noises from the corridor were loud.
