Pros:

Sehr nette Zimmer, für Venedig Verhältnisse durchaus eher gross.
Alles sehr sauber. Nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Zentrale Lage. Rundum viele nette Restaurants und Bars. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Wie in so vielen italienischen Hotels kein Lift, weil der in den alten Häusern keinen Platz hat.
Deswegen ist es sportlich mit dem Gepäck in den 3.Stock zu kommen.

Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Des travaux étaient en cours pendant notre séjour. Dès le premier jour, nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre et il y avait des bruits incessants dans la journée, ce qui a perturbé notre repos pendant les vacances.
Salle de bain jolie mais trop petite, pour se doucher il fallait se mettre en travers je précise nous pesons 51 kilos et 77 kilos.

Pros:

Localização, funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis, pequeno almoço pequeno mas variado.

Cons:

Quarto e casa de banho pequenos o que contraria um pouco a ideia passada pelas fotografias (o nosso não foi o das fotos). A casa de banho é de facto muito pequena, logo o chuveiro é minúsculo e com cortina dificultando o banho e fazendo com que o chão fique molhado. Como tínhamos uma criança de 2 anos este detalhe ganhou relevância.

Il weekend che ti rigenera
Pros:

Molto gentili. Hotel in corso di ristrutturazione, ma ci hanno dato subito un upgrade di camera in un'area più tranquilla. Conseguenza, molto silenzioso, letti comodi e dormito benissimo. Staff gentilissimo: saputo che era il mio compleanno, è arrivata in omaggio una bottiglia di prosecco con ghiaccio. La colazione in hotel è molto piacevole, anche se costosa, e viene servita con cura. La camera era piccola, ma molto confortevole, ben riscaldata, doccia grande e ben sigillata, prodotti buoni. E, ovviamente, è molto centrale a poche centinaia di metri da S. Marco. Bello, da tornare.

Cons:

Davanti all'hotel, ci sarebbe un ristorante carino, il Covo, ma sono quasi sempre pieni. Noi abbiamo rimediato con un bacaro buono e onesto, ma in zona c'è anche Franz, un tempio della cucina veneziana.

Gute Lage und trotzdem ruhig
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer ist nicht riesig, hell eingerichtet, schön renoviert, ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Schrank und einem Schreibtisch. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht. Am Frühstücksbüffet ist für jeden etwas dabei. Unser Hund war auch willkommen und in der Nähe hat es Grünfläche. Freundliches Personal.

Es la tercera vez que venimos, no hacen falta màs comentarios.
Pros:

La ubicación, está muy cerca de la parada del vaporetto y a la vez muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marco.
Las habitaciones están bien decoradas y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

Por decir algo, que no tiene ascensor,pero sí elevador para minusválidos.
