The hotel management is very supportive of requests and listens to feedback with actions. Some electrical appliances may need to be upgraded though.

The host is very friendly and helpful, making the check in and out very convenient

The room is old and rundown. Need maintenance and refurbishment. The pool is not clean and full of sands on the floor tiles. Everything need to be change!

Premise was run down. Both Lift wasn't working so had to climb 6 floors to the appt. Bedsheets and towels were with yellow stains. One of the toilet heater not working. Party ongoing somewhere in premise into the wee hours. Luckily was only for a night.

So far ok.

Great property. Good location. We had a few issues with the Wi Fi but the communication with staff was very good.

The hotel is very accommodating and acceded to my request for a high floor unit. This is helpful especially when there was some minor hiccups- no towels and toiletries, cannot unlock the unit from outside. WiFi was also not working. On the plus side, the unit was reasonably big, has a very good view and is well maintained. On the whole, it was a pleasant stay.

Spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Good communications as well. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the major hotspots

No reception counter but personalized service. Staff sent message to ask for ETA and gave good directions and instructions to the apartment which otherwise could be confusing. No-fuss check-in at the apartment itself. Apartment in good condition. Overall, a good experience.

Room was nice n neat. Only the beds were flimzy and check in was complicated as we had to call the agent to come and handover keys instead of the hotel check in. And not sure why they kept massaging and asking if i need this and that. Should improvise on customer relation skills as its not a professional way to deal with guest. Overall good stay.

Surely will come back! Highly recommended as apartment is very clean, complete and safe! 👍👍👍

This place is a middie for me, just an average sort of place. It is just a three-star facility, to be recommended to friends only when money is tight.

Nearby shopping mall with walking distance those which don’t want stuck in traffic jam

Great for family to stay and get together, but need to maintain the building, especially the lift.

Have booked three apartments.
Have clearly indicated it's 3 to an apartment.
However, all towels and necessities are prepared for only 2 pax.

Blankets stained. Hot water turn cold after awhile.

No direct passage to Malls. Have to walk a Long way out and Long way back in.

Staffs are helpful and checking in and out is a breeze. Great location.

Rooms - clean.
Toilet- clean but towels over used and stained.
Building - worn out, old building, the lift is probably before ww2.
Area - quite near to the shopping malls and night market.

It was an awesome apartment. Super clean.

Jetty Suites Apartments are located within the same compound as Mahkota Hotel Melaka and is just a stone's throw away from Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. The unit is very well kept and amenities include:

- full sized fridge
- cooking hob
- cooking utensils, basic set of cutlery and crockery
- hot/cold drinking water dispenser
- free wifi
- cable TV (Astro)
- basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap)
- bathing towels

The common area can do with more maintenance but to be fair, it is not within the control of the Jetty Suites.

There is an option to borrow a local smartphone to provide a data connection on the go (hotspot tethering capable) which I recommend. Calls and messages are payable but data is free (within reason e.g. no 4k video streaming).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. As the staff is not located onsite, requests have to be prearranged e.g. housekeeping, replenishment of drinking water etc. but they have very good response times. Communication is via the loan smartphone mentioned above and calls to Jetty Suites service numbers are free. Do plan ahead and give them some lead time.

My unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other room. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with standing shower. The apartment can easily accommodate a family of 4-5 persons easily.
