The property is closer to little india.
The drinking water filter facility in the property is limited as it is a small filter which quickly goes out of water even with a small 1 litre of water bottle.

Great location.

I would remodel the front of the property and more open space for the lobby

Staff very friendly, I can't comment on how helpful they are as I really didn't have that many questions or issues for them.
The free mini-bar that gets topped up each day is certainly a bonus and well received.
Free water fountain in the lobby also was a great touch.
Cleanliness of the room on arrival and each day was great, the room was clean and hygienic.
I was able to leave my bags for the day after check-out in order to spend a day sight seeing before catching my late flight.
Very close (about 5 minute walk) to Bugis station, Bugis Market and Arab Street made it very convenient neighbourhood to be in.

Room was a comfortable size for one person, however for two persons, it may have been a little tight.
However, as I am told, this is not unusual for Singapore hotels, so not really a big issue.
The show/toilet area is way too close, meaning that when I took a shower, the whole floor, including the toilet was drenched with water.

Warm and Cooperative staff with the cleanest of rooms, daily housekeeping(which is quite rare jn singapore) and comfy beds. Spotless linen and spick n span washrooms...superb stay! Only if the area could be bigger, but most of the hotels there have compact rooms.

Stayed here a few days when in Singapore, and loved it's location amongst the action. Everything is within walking distance, and the side street it is located on is quiet enough to feel comfortable.

The room is tiny, and we stayed near the lobby so there was some noise, but if it's just for sleeping in and showering, then the room is fine. Air conditioning was good.

Service was friendly.

Hotel NuVe is always our go-to hotel whenever we visit Singapore! Although it is small, it is comfortable and strategically located. It is within walking distance of the Bugis MRT station and very close to Sultan Mosque, with plenty of nearby food options.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The accommodation was good value for our family of 4.

lovely location in the arab quarter next to Masjid Sultan, food, and shops. very nice staff. clean and safe.

適合找街邊小吃店的旅客，會有點小吵，對面是卡拉ok ，可是環境很清潔，酒店已經盡量做安靜隔音了，至於環境到處都有香薰，很不錯，可是提供的都是各種飲料零食，如果要盛飲用水的話，機器有點供應不能太多.
具體環境品價都不錯

Great spot in old style singapore low rise buildings. Very authentic but wouldnt recommend for a single lady, there was a bit of an edge on the walk home.

I was arriving around 9 am. Cause of the early flight, I’m not really feeling well and exhausted. So I asked the staff is it possible to early check in or got lounge can let me take a rest first. Unfortunately hotel dun have the lounge, guest also haven’t check out. Hotel staff guide me to the ladies.
Before I leaving , staff call me said their team just finished 1 room. Let me early check in.
Really appreciated it and feeling warm. When I am really weak in overseas.

What i love about Hotel NuVe is their location.
the location it's really perfect for explore Singapore, it's close to Sultan Mosque, Arab Street, Kampong Glam and just need a short to MRT Bugis station.

their room was perfect, cozy and clean with smart tv, bathroom has a bidet
there's a hairdryer and coffee maker.
their staff were friendly and helpful!
the hotel also provides water dispenser and they have a rooftop terrace

Was at Nuve Urbane. A place reasonably close to the Lavender MRT station with lots of eateries close by. A nice touch is a roof garden, cabanas and a minimal pool. The room was clean; walls are thick enough and I had good sleep. Service staff are efficient and welcoming, of special mention is Raj. At a 3/4 *, hotel is highly recommended.

Bad quality service

The hotel is in a great location. The bed was VERY comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The free minibar was a nice addition. However, the pictures on the website are very deceiving. This is about the smallest hotel room for 2 people without having a bunkbed instead of a bed. Our room also had a connecting door to the next room. Unfortunately, our neighbor had a small child that cried and yelled when talking and we could hear EVERYTHING. You cannot walk around the bed. My husband had to crawl over me to get out. It looks like there is a separate shower, this is not the case. The shower head is in the middle of the bathroom between the toilet and the sink. We were disappointed considering what this hotel cost per night. If you are paying less than $80 American per night, then I think that is would be fare. We paid $167. per night.

my kids loves the biscuits available at the hotel lobby
they even allow us to borrow the umbrellas when it rained

Retna was helpful. A very convenient location. Fuss free check in and out.
