Pros:

Цена завышена, какой то он без души этот отель. Кондиционера нет, надо открывать окна но внизу ресторан было шумно. Персонал не плохой. Парковка маленькая, может не хватить мест.

Cons:

Нет кондиционера, нет вентилятора, маленькая парковка, вечером шумно от посетителей ресторана.

Séjour en famille - avis mitigé
Pros:

- le personnel très agréable et serviable
- la piscine
- l'emplacement face au lac
- le petit-déjeuner
- la place de parking

Cons:

- les 2 ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient vieux, faisaient un bruit insupportable pour les laisser la nuit et étaient sales (merci pour les toiles d'araignées dessus)
- notre chambre était située juste au-dessus des cuisines et nous avons extrêmement souffert de la chaleur la nuit (sachant que les ventilateurs étaient vétustes et inutilisables)
- douche peu fonctionnelle
- meubles de la chambre cassés
- pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pour le prix que ces 3 nuits nous ont coûtées, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks and invited to relax in the restaurant while completing the check-in forms, which immediately made us feel at home.

The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was.
Our room had a breathtaking view over the lake, which made the stay even more special. We also loved the thoughtful touches, such as providing bathrobes and towels specifically for the spa area, including children’s bathrobes.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were happy to prepare separate toast for our children on request, which we really appreciated.
We would happily recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to return in the future.

Fantastisch uitzicht
Pros:

Zeer mooie ligging, lekker ontbijt, zwembad en mogelijkheid om te suppen op het meer

Cons:

Het hotel is wat verouderd, er is geen airco, sommige ramen konden niet verduisterd worden. We hadden wel een zeer ruime kamer, maar vonden de prijs in vergelijking met andere hotels die we al deden daarom wel wat aan de hoge kant.

Lovely picturesque hotel in beautiful Weggis
Pros:

Wellness hotel Gerbi is located along the stunning Vierwalstaettersee (Lake Luzern) in the small and picturesque village Weggis.
We came from Luzern by boat, which is highly recommendable. The village is, although there are a lot of hotels and rental houses/apartments, very quiet. There are many hiking trails in the area and there is a nice public swimming area in the lake (Lido). It's just outside the hotel and free for hotel guests. Swimming temperature is very nice (27oC in the Summer).
The hotel is built in a very nice local style with a lot of wood.
Our room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view over the lake (we booked lake-view, so no surprise). It was just above the terrace so there was some noise.
The bathroom seemed to be just refurbished, which was very nicely done. The shower head could have been larger though. Towels were large and fluffy.
The big downside of the room was the lack of an air-conditioning. At this price and in today's day and age, this is not acceptable. Our night was noisy (storm through open windows) and still hot. The small and noisy table fan didn't help much.
Most people in the hotel were very nice and hospitable. Unfortunately, two ladies of the breakfast staff were grumpy.
Dinner is of good Swiss quality, with mostly local ingredients.
The wellness area was very good, with an indoor and outdoor pool and a good sauna area.
All and all, a very good hotel, which could get to a 10/10 by installing air conditioning and retrain some of the staff.

- Shower head could be larger (rest of the refurbished bathroom is great)
- Some of the staff (at breakfast) was grumpy.

Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Lido und privatem Seezugang gleich vorne dran. Super Frühstück, allgemein gute Gastronomie, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel und der Zugang zum Spabereich Alexander auch eine tolle Sache!

Grauenhaftes Ambiente durch die Großbaustelle und erhebliche visuelle Beeinträchtigung

Cons:

Auf den Fotos der Website wurde die große Baustelle nicht gezeigt. Stattdessen grüne Wiesen. Pool mit Bauzäunen umgeben. Liegefläche durch die Baustelle stark eingeengt. Ein schreckliches Ambiente,Betrug durch fehlenden Hinweis auf die Großbaustelle. Stelle hiermit Regressanforderung, da der Preis viel zu hoch ist.

Локація, зручності, басейн і вихід до озера. Персонал готелю чудовий. Все просто чудово . Повністю укомплектована кухня, для родини з дітьми це те що потрібно.
