Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön und man konnte kostenlos ein Fahrrad ausleihen, da das Hotel doch etwas abgelegen ist. Auch SUP's können kostenlos unkompliziert benutzt werden.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Parkplätze dementsprechend auch nur für Kleinwagen möglich. Ein Kiesplatz etwas weiter weg ist dann für diejenigen, die keinen Platz im Parkhaus finden. Dafür sind die Parkplätze kostenlos.

Amazin lakeside hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel was about 45 minutes from Lucerne so it was perfect as there were no crowds. The hotel is immediately in front of the lake. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly, sweet, welcoming and helpful. The dining area of the hotel faced the lake and there was another place to get a drink. The hotel restaurant served great food and drinks with a highly attentive international staff who spoke many languages. The hotel had its own access to swim in the lake only a few steps away. Within 15 minute walk from the hotel there are other restaurants and a tourist center with a dock where you can buy tickets to Mt Pilatus (incredible must do experience, do the golden circle) and launch your trip from the dock. A highlight of our Europe trip, this hotel, would love to return.

Цена завышена, какой то он без души этот отель. Кондиционера нет, надо открывать окна но внизу ресторан было шумно. Персонал не плохой. Парковка маленькая, может не хватить мест.

Cons:

Нет кондиционера, нет вентилятора, маленькая парковка, вечером шумно от посетителей ресторана.

Séjour en famille - avis mitigé
Pros:

- le personnel très agréable et serviable
- la piscine
- l'emplacement face au lac
- le petit-déjeuner
- la place de parking

Cons:

- les 2 ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient vieux, faisaient un bruit insupportable pour les laisser la nuit et étaient sales (merci pour les toiles d'araignées dessus)
- notre chambre était située juste au-dessus des cuisines et nous avons extrêmement souffert de la chaleur la nuit (sachant que les ventilateurs étaient vétustes et inutilisables)
- douche peu fonctionnelle
- meubles de la chambre cassés
- pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pour le prix que ces 3 nuits nous ont coûtées, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks and invited to relax in the restaurant while completing the check-in forms, which immediately made us feel at home.

The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was.
Our room had a breathtaking view over the lake, which made the stay even more special. We also loved the thoughtful touches, such as providing bathrobes and towels specifically for the spa area, including children’s bathrobes.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were happy to prepare separate toast for our children on request, which we really appreciated.
We would happily recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to return in the future.
