Chambre dans une résidence étudiante plutôt bien équipé avec petit déjeuner inclus excellent (dans un café à côté).
Parking inclus sur place sur réservation

Cons:

Nous étions dans le quartier "san Francisco" apparemment celui qui craint le plus dans la ville...
Ambiance pas très agréable.
Communication avec la jeune femme de l'accueil à notre arrivée assez froide.

parking there is a nightmare as well as the surroundings (after down, at least), but, few steps from the downtown, the train station, etc. parking is a nightmare, or even not cheap ... the hotel itself is very modern, fresh, like a student hostel.

Alojamiento bien, zona mala
Pros:

El alojamiento como tal está bien. La habitación básica es un poco pequeña para dos personas y en verano se echa en falta el aire acondicionado, porque acumula mucho calor y, aunque te ponen un ventilador portátil, ni con él y la ventana abierta llega. Además, si la habitación da a la calle, es una zona muy ruidosa y con la ventana abierta no se duerme bien. Por lo demás, cama cómoda, baño bien y la cocina y el menaje suficiente.

Cons:

La zona es muy mala. Aunque no tuvimos problemas, la verdad es que da un poco de miedo. Hay mucha policía, eso sí, pero para gente un poco susceptible yo la evitaría. Imposible aparcar cerca. La mejor zona para hacerlo, en mi opinión, es el entorno del pabellón de Miribilla, a unos 15' andando. Es de línea verde y pago, eso sí. La residencia ofrece aparcamiento, pero 20 euros por noche me parece muy caro, la verdad.

Cons:

Muy pequeña la habitación. No había menaje básico para cocinar, vamos, no había una simple sartén. Al pedir usar la cocina común tampoco había... El ruido durante la noche y desde primera hora por la chatarrería que hay enfrente dificulta descansar. Mucho calor y sin ventilador. Cero intimidad par el WC.

Pros:

cleanliness of bathroom.

Cons:

Very small room, no air con, had to keep the only window open letting in horrendous noise. Breakfast was 500m away in another cafe. Parking was'nt included resulting in a payment of €100.
