Nasty neighborhood, made us decline our stay.
Cons:

I booked this through Booking with the filter "for families". The location was so horrible that when we arrived we decided not even to get in. Thinking of using this place for tourism in Bilbao with family is a bad idea due to Location. The whole neighborhood is flooded with substance dealers and escorts. Online Check in only accepted the adults and not the kids in my family. Front desk was available only until 19:00. If you're traveling with family, keep away.

Las habitaciones necesitan un buen cambio

La amabilidad del personal, totalmente dispuestos a ayudar con lo que fuera en todo momento. Tuvimos la suerte de que Sara nos recomendó un montón de opciones en Bilbao y así pudimos aprovechar más el viaje, la verdad que genial en ese aspecto.

Cons:

La cutrez de la habitación, daba sensación de suciedad aunque hubieran pasado a limpiar antes. La bañera enana y encima tenía un escalón interno que la hacía más pequeña todavía y era incomodísimo ducharse. Paredes sucias y muebles desgastados, un poco ruina. Había mantas de lana para ponerte en la cama, la mía tenía pelos pegados con suciedad que a saber qué sería. Los suelos del siglo pasado, nada acogedor la verdad. El desayuno algo incómodo, tener que irte a una cafetería a 5 minutos andando no debería considerarse régimen de alojamiento y desayuno.

Pros:

L'albergo è molto ben fornito di spazi comuni, la reception sempre presente e la stanza con angolo cottura. La colazione inclusa è in un bel bar girando l'angolo, con servizio a volontà.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'albergo è situato in una zona di degrado dove si vede gente che spaccia e si droga apertamente per strada. Da tanto che non vediamo zone di questo tipo. Alle 18 di sera addirittura un signore per strada mi avverte di tenere nascosta la mia catenina al collo! Noi siamo stati solo una notte, meno male. È un peccato per l'albergo che non è affatto male. La stanza e il bagno sono un po' piccole e avrebbero bisogno di qualche manutenzione, ma la scarsa valutazione la metto per la posizione e l'iniziale disguido avuto con la reception che voleva farmi pagare la notte anche se era stata già saldata. Mi è toccato spendere un'ora al telefono con Booking (ottimo servizio) per far sbloccare la situazione.

La ubicación, el personal de la residencia , la comodidad de la habitación, todo estaba muy bien. Muchas gracias!!!

Al ser planta baja fue un poco ruidoso y se escuchaba la calle y también el entrar y salir de la gente a través de la puerta de la habitación que estaba poco insonorizada.
