According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

As of September 01, 2021, guests will have to present proof of vaccination to be able to enter places of collective use in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Please be informed that from 1 June 2025 to 31 October 2025, we will be carrying out modernization works on the building’s elevators.
During this period, only one elevator will be in operation, which may result in longer waiting times.
All work will be conducted in accordance with current technical and legal standards, by a certified and specialized maintenance company.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Espectacular !!! Tenes todo para disfrutar y no preocuparte por nada
Pros:

La ubicación y los servicios excepcionales pero lo más destacado fue la atención de los chicos del horario de la tarde y la señora que te recibe en el desayuno. También los señores uno de la noche y otro de la mañana muy atentos. Yo no busco formalidad con educación alcanza pero la calidez humana hace la diferencia.

Cons:

Sería bueno tener servicio para dejar las maletas ya que al llegar veníamos de otros destinos y esperar hasta las 14 con las maletas hizo que tengamos que esperar dos horas. Y al salir por lo general uno se va temprano por el avión pero si fuera que uno tenga más tiempo sería bueno poder dejar las maletas y aprovechar las horas que uno tenga.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, quase em frente a praia e próxima a uma estação de metrô. Além disso, possui as bikes para aluguel atravessando a rua. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

Cons:

O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga e ainda trabalha de forma bem tradicional. O café da manhã é bem simples
