According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

As of September 01, 2021, guests will have to present proof of vaccination to be able to enter places of collective use in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Please be informed that from 1 June 2025 to 31 October 2025, we will be carrying out modernization works on the building’s elevators.
During this period, only one elevator will be in operation, which may result in longer waiting times.
All work will be conducted in accordance with current technical and legal standards, by a certified and specialized maintenance company.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Experiência frustrante,os atendentes do hotel precisa muito aprender mais sobre atendimento ao cliente

Los chicos en recepción fueron súper atentos y muy amables. El desayuno es muy completo, con variedad de panes, frutas, café, jugos, entre otros.

El hotel tiene una estructura un poco antigua, pero las habitaciones son muy amplias y cuentan con aire acondicionado, lo cual es fundamental, especialmente en esta temporada en Rio de Janeiro, donde el calor en Brasil es muy intenso. Por eso, tener aire acondicionado realmente hace una gran diferencia para poder descansar y estar cómodo. Yo fui en pareja y estuvimos muy comodos.

Buena ubicación, limpieza,la terraza lo que más me gustó con la pile y el jaccuzzi , una vista hermosa de la playa

La ubicación es muy buena. Desayuno con variedad de frutas y bocaditos dulces y otros salados, además de huevos y jugos naturales.

El personal de la recepción discutía entre sí cuando llegué y no me hacían caso para poder concretar mi check in, no fueron nada amables, no explicaron nada del funcionamiento del hotel, las llaves, los ascensores etc, lo mismo pasa en el check out. Son un poco desagradables. Las habitaciones estaban bien en cuanto a infraestructura, teniamos vista al mar porque abonamos más. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, a veces te despierta en medio de la noche pero enfriaba bien en nuestro caso, faltaría mejorar la iluminación de la habitación y las ropas de cama porque se ven y se sienten viejas y rasposas.
