According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

As of September 01, 2021, guests will have to present proof of vaccination to be able to enter places of collective use in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Please be informed that from 1 June 2025 to 31 October 2025, we will be carrying out modernization works on the building’s elevators.
During this period, only one elevator will be in operation, which may result in longer waiting times.
All work will be conducted in accordance with current technical and legal standards, by a certified and specialized maintenance company.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Lo unico bueno que tenia era la ubicacion, y el desayuno variado

Pesimas camas, pedimos 1 cama para 2 personasy eran dos conchones de 1 playa juntos, demasiado incomodo. El aire acondionado era tan viejo y hacia tanto ruido que no se podia dormir bien. No lo recomiendo para descansar

Razoável. Pelo valor que pagamos, só compensou que era perto do show de Shaki. Só isso.

Gostei da agilidade de atendimento da recepção, e são bem solícitos, e rápidos, gostei da cama, e do espaço bem organizado do apartamento.

Cons:

O chão do apartamento no primeiro dia estava com um pouco de terra, o hidro da parte externa estava suja, não oferta serviço de almoço, janta e nem bar.

Instalações antigas, escuras, sensação de sujeira, mesmo na copa. O chuveiro também apresentou problemas com entrada de ar e a água quente simplesmente não saía. Foram dois banhos gelados.

Pelo preço da diárias do hotel as acomodações são muito velhas. Impossível de usar o ar condicionado para descansar, pois o mesmo fazia mais barulho que motor de trator (ar condicionado modelo bastante antiguo). O café da manhã é extremamente básico, para o preço da diária e básicamente tudo é industrializado.
