Pros:

Localização, café da manhã perfeito, restaurante maravilhoso, cortesia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Não gostei do quarto que fiquei porque era antigo móveis e colchão ultrapassados, mas depois que eu fiquei com uma crise alérgica por conta de ácaro fui transferida para uma acomodação superior moderna e recém reformada.

Pessimo Quarto. Móveis velhos. Cheiro de mofo. Piso sujo, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e ineficiente, cama ruim. Péssimo banheiro. Água do chuveiro muito fraca, box com aparência de sujo. O hotel precisa urgentemente modernizar seus quartos.

o café da manhã maravilhoso, pães diversos, tapiocas maravilhosas, omeletes, ovos enfim muito bons, frutas e também pratos quentes, pão de queijo, dadinho de tapioca. Garçons super atentos, não deixavam pratos, copos, xícaras, utilizados nas mesas, passando o tempo todo para recolher.

Cons:

o serviço do bar no quarto eles demoram para atender no ramal. Eu havia feito o pedido de uma salda Cesar, porém não veio o molho Cesar, os crotons estavam murchos, pedi para refazer veio igual. Atendente ríspido
