El personal muy amable. Especial mencion para Rosita, que fue muy atenta!

Cons:

No puedo creer que un hotel 5 estrellas tenga ascensores tan precarios. Eran de los años 80 o mas. Me tomaba 10 minutos bajar del piso 14. En el lobby se armaba una fila gigante para tomar ascensores. Solo habian 2, pero usualmente solo funcionaba 1

Top Hotel für angemessenen Preis
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Pool war immer schön sauber. Personal war super freundlich.

Cons:

Das Mobilar war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze müsste mal erneuert werden.

Habitación cómoda, desayuno excelente, personal muy amable, limpieza correcta. No es un cinco estrellas pero sí un 4 muy bueno. La localización es óptima.

Melhor estadia em Fortaleza, ever.
Pros:

Equipe sempre notável! Paguei uma diária para meus pais se hospedarem pela primeira vez e os funcionários foram muito solícitos. O Hotel é excelente, café da manhã de primeira e localização privilegiada. Em Fortaleza, hospedagem é no Luzeiros.
