Pros:

Good price, parking available, quiet, close to public transport. Ok for our overnight.

Cons:

Multiple buildings, so we never saw or had the "amenities" the hotel had. No elevator in the building where our room was. It was more like a guest house, hard to find.

Nice and comfortable short stay with an exceptional breakfast!
Pros:

The room was quite clean, tidy and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and all the equipments needed, but still could have been more modern, especially the shower space. The breakfast was exceptional in comparison with other European hotels and the price. Full buffet, different tea types (more than 20 types), different coffee types, fresh juice, fresh fruits, warm and cold, everything complete.

Cons:

For parking, it is said "Private parking" and it's true but only for 10 cars, so it was full. There is a garage for €12 per day when I requested it from reception (and I used it as it's not almost possible to park somewhere else).
The coffee capsules were €1 each in the room. I never saw a hotel to charge for coffee capsules.

das frühstück war gut, vor allem die Tee Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist an der falschen Stelle, direkt vor dem Klo, geht gar nicht. Lage war ruhig das war gut. Aber weit weg von Rathaus u. von der Messe. Keine Hahnpasta u. keine Slipper bei einem sehr kalten Fußboden, keine gute Kombi. TV könnte ein paar mehr sender haben.

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel, mit sehr kompetentem Personal. Wir waren in einem schönen großen Zimmer untergebracht, wo wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, doch durch die gute Anbindung lassen sich die Ausflugsziele problemlos erreichen. So konnten wir trotz des kurzen Aufenthalt einige andere Stadtteile erkunden. Super Hotel, gerne wieder!

Cons:

Eigenlich Kleinigkeiten! Im Hotelzimmer die Bauweise der Fenster; diese und die Griffe zum Öffnen sind sehr hoch angebracht, waren für mich schwer zu öffnen. Einkaufen, das war möglich aber Möglichkeiten, etwas essen zu gehen, waren nicht in der Nähe und wir mussten weit laufen.

Safe area and clean rooms, probably not too great with noisy neighbours
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable, not too soft. The area surrounding the hotel felt quite safe and residencial. The check-in/-out process was smooth and efficient. There are two bus stops 2-5min walking distance, which have direct buses to/from Hamburg Hbf (Central station).

Cons:

The walls were either very old or too thin. I could hear the next door guests talk at all times. As for amenities, I wish they would at least offer separate shampoo, conditioner and body soap, instead of a 3-in-1 liquid, which leaves the hair and body feeling very dry.
