Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked two tours through them and it was very nice!! The rooms are very cozy and very clean!!! The staff does an amazing job in cleaning the rooms. They have a restaurant as well you get 15% discount for being a guest at the hotel. I think it’s in a great area. Walking distance to majority of the things and i love that it had parking included!!

The tropical foliage in and around the property. The beds, excellent and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Colibri Beach. The location is right in the center of Playa Del Carmen. Located one block off Calle 5 (the main pedestrian shopping street). There are a few nice swimming beaches within blocks of the hotel. The free breakfast on the beach every day was fabulous, and a really nice start to our day. We also liked the hotel bar, and their daily drink specials, which are very reasonably priced. I had one of my favorite drinks of the trip here (Their Caipirinha) On the weekend they had live music in the afternoon and it was a really nice spot to hang out. L The only negative is that there are 3 very large clubs down the block which play very loud music. On the weekends it went late, until about 3am. Our room was located in the middle of the property, and we tend to stay out later, so this didn't affect

Absolutely beautiful property. Conveniently located to Fifth ave and right on the beach. Our reservation included daily breakfast which was delicious and service was exceptional throughout the hotel. Only downsides are the bathrooms could use a renovation and the nearby nightclubs can be quite loud at night but neither were huge deals.

Where do I begin?! This hotel is beautiful, from the moment you walk up to the reception desk! Me and my husband kept saying how much we absolutely adored this hotel and we cannot wait to come back! I will stay here every time I come to Playa del Carmen in the future! I miss it already!

Personnel very accommodating. Hector, at the reception desk is a treasure! Great cleaning crew!
I really only have one complaint; the restaurant’s coffee is disappointing. Last year it was much better.

reception is friendly. location is wonderful
room was terrible due to extraordinarily loud band and music make it impossible to enjoy the room until after 10 pm.
Coffee in included breakfast was undrinkable and waiter did nothing until we were leavin.

This may be our go to hotel from now on. The property is super cute, clean and the staff is really friendly. The restaurant located within the hotel grounds is really high quality as well. Couldn’t believe they had vegan options!

I would like to thank the staff for all there help, from pick up at the airport, to recommending restaurants and activities. This hotel is a gem!!! You are right at the beach!. Great food, amazing drinks.. this morning second time staying here.. I will always stay here… much love and praise to the staff!!!!

Nice and enjoyable

It’s a very cute boutique ish hotel in the heart of the playa del Carmen tourist area. Very green. Value for money completely. Thought the rooms are small and with no views, they are comfortable and have all amenities as one would need.
The cherry on the cake is the front desk lady Alma. She can do anything and everything and is your go to person.
One tip: they are tied to the lido beach club where food is excellent. But little on the pricey side and service is kinda mediocre.

Small hotel along the beach, walking distance to Quinta Avenida & taxi services right around the corner for transportation. Rooms were was nice and clean and Lido Beach Club is attached to hotel. 10/10 recommend!
