Hotel molto bello a due passi dalla via principale di Playa del Carmen, fronte mare.
Struttura pulita e curata, ottima la colazione.
Il ristorante dell'hotel è ottimo e molto bello con uno staff molto professionali, ottimi anche i cocktalis

Cons:

Letto piccolissimo, molto più piccolo di un letto matrimoniale standard. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perchè aveva il parcheggio interno, ma purtroppo stavano facendo dei lavori sulla strada e non era possibile accedere con l'auto. Ci hanno indicato dei parcheggi a pagamento oppure il parcheggio gratuito di un supermercato e 5 isolati di distanza. Ho chiesto se non potenavo accollarsi loro le spese del parcheggio, ma mi hanno risposto di no. Ci hanno offerto un cocktail per il disturbo, abbiamo apprezzato il gesto, ma noi non abbiamo ricevuto un servizio pagato con il prezzo della camera, che non ci è stato scontato in nessun modo. Avrebbero potuto farci parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio custodito a loro spese.

La struttura è centralissima, appena accanto alla via principale. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Ottima colazione inclusa. Struttura e stanze piccole ma molto curate e graziose. Molto ben organizzati e il ristorante è ottimo e sulla spiaggia. La struttura è sul mare...peccato per il sargasso...ma la struttura non ne ha colpa! per visitare Playa del Carmen è top!!!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück bei dem man à la carte individuell bestellen konnte, tolles Restaurant direkt an der Unterkunft und am Meer, Zimmer super ausgestattet mit guter Klimaanlage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Man muss berücksichtigen, dass es durch die Lage nachts vereinzelt etwas lauter war durch die umliegenden Clubs.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Colibri in Playa del Carmen. The hotel is charming, comfortable, and exceptionally well located, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire property had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality really made our stay special.

The location is another big advantage: close to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and the beach, while still providing a pleasant place to relax after a busy day.

Overall, Casa Colibri offers excellent value for money, great service, and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We would happily stay here again!

Posto meraviglioso, dei sogni. Tutto è impeccabile... La colazione, le stanze, l'accoglienza, il personale. Abbiamo mangiato qui a pranzo e cena: bene e senza pagare tanto. La sera si cena con i piedi nella sabbia: è magico. Ci ritornerei!

Bella struttura anche se dalle foto le camere sembrano più belle.
Personale molto gentile, colazione non fornitissima.
Posizione ottima a 2 passi dalla 5th.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati e ci è stato detto che non si poteva parcheggiare perché c erano lavori in corso, però noi abbiamo scelto questa struttura apposta per il parcheggio e la posizione; non ci è stato dato nessun buono per il parcheggio pubblico ne ci sono venuti incontro pagandocelo o scontandoci altro.
L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato la prima notte comunque dopo vari solleciti è stata sistemata e la seconda notte tutto bene.
Il wifi non sempre va, a volte prende altre no.
Colazione compresa ma non super rifornita. Potevi scegliere un tipo di uova / yogurt con granola e loro ti fornivano succo, the o caffè, piattino di frutta mini e pane burro e marmellata.
