Hätte vermutlich besser sein können - Pech mit dem Zimmer

Das Zimmer war relativ groß, das Frühstück war in einem schönen Raum, die Rezeption hat sich viel Mühe gegeben uns ein schönes Zimmer zu geben, nachdem wir uns sehr entäuscht über das erste Zimmer geäußert haben.

Cons:

Hotel liegt nicht zentral und in der Nähe eines Parkes. Wir hatten als Wunsch ein ruhiges Zimmer mit schönen Ausblick angegeben. Das erste Zimmer hatte einen Blick in den Innenhof, incl. einem lauten Exhauster. Man hat dann ein anderes Zimmer gesucht. Wir haben dann ein Zimmer zu Strasse bekommen. Die Sicht war deutlich freundlicher, leider war die Strasse morgens sehr befahren und man hörte den Exhauster des Nebenhauses die ganze Nacht. Bei geschlossenen Fenster war es kein Problem. Wir hatten tatsächlich eine andere Erwartungshaltung....ruhig mit Blick in den Park. Da es außerhalb liegt, bietet es sich an mit dem Auto zu kommen. Die Pargebühren sind sehr hoch.

Business Hotel ohne Charme mitten im Chempark Leverkusen!
Pros:

Die Juniorsuite war sauber und angenehm groß.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft unangenehm kalt; wir haben aber schnell ein neues Zimmer erhalten.
Die komplizierte Steuerung von Licht und Heizung über smarte Schalter war sehr aufwändig und gewöhnungsbedürftig!

Wir fühlen uns in diesem tollen Haus wie zu Hause
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit, das sehr freundliche Personal, alles bei einem guten Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Wir wurden zu jederzeit wie geschätzte Gäste behandelt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Mai.
